James was very professional and honest did not give me false hope. Was able to fix a 30-year-old air conditioner but let me know it might just be for a day or a week. I have an appointment with them next week to talk about a new one. The receptionist at the company I believe her name was Allie was also very kind and very helpful

They were late for the appointment. But the technician was polite efficient and very professional. Gave great advice. His name was Jonah. He got the company a repeat customer. I made an appointment for a estimate to replace the central air unit. They didn’t show up or call.

Dan Kotarski was the technician assigned to help troubleshoot and repair our A/C unit. He was very professional and explained everything that he was doing along with the issues discovered and the various options we had available to repair the unit. He went above and beyond and didn’t leave until all issues were resolved and our A/C was back up and running. Great service!

Ryan Small was an excellent plumber. He worked harder than any plumber I ever have had. Ryan was the only saving grace to this situation.
Customer service was deployable. I had to call 3 times before the manager Bill spoke to me. He promised to call me and keep me informed. He had the dispatcher call me- she was supposed to call me at 8:30am-if she had the problem may have been averted. Bill never called to update me. I have been a client for 20+years and this year customer service has dropped the ball 2 times. Very frustrating.

Kevin did an excellent job on our AC tune up. He was very professional and thorough as well as friendly. He did a great job explaining everything he did. We are very impressed with the service!

Joe was amazing. Showed up on time and took his time to find and fix our issue! He was informative with his explanation and what our options were moving forward. I would highly recommend this company and Joe! Awesome job!!!!

Robert was very thorough and clean. He explained everything in detail as he was servicing our boiler system. Robert was here last summer to troubleshoot the AC condenser too. He later told me that Christian Heating likes to send the same tech out to the same house, so costumers are comfortable with the same tech. GOOD IDEA.

Darwins was polite, went right to work, replaced my filter. He was very respectful of me and the house. He wore shoe covers to keep house clean. He helped get the hose to the back yard to clean the heat pump. It was a very pleasant visit.

Great company. We have been using them since our townhouse in Newtown….23 years. They did a great job with our heating system.

Dan H. and Christian as a whole are very quick to come out, and extremely personable. I feel as though I am getting a great value for the level of service and care provided. Highly recommend!
