The Service Guy, Pure Divine from McClain Bros Plumbing was very Pleasant, Polite, and Professional. He explained everything to me that was going on. He eased all my concerns. He even cleaned up behind himself. He made sure there was not a drop of water under my cabinet, and everything was tight. He even explained the Alloy wrench and how and when to use it.
If I had any other plumbing issues, I would actually request him. Pure Divine represented McClain Bros Plumbing & Heating exceptionally well.

I started having issues with my dishwasher I just purchased it was something with the electrical wiring. Also my bedroom outlets were losing power sporadically, Brian was outstanding at finding the issue and correcting the problem. Any problems in the future with my home and if Mc Clain Bros. can help I’ll be calling without hesitation. Thank you so much again.

At first I had bad feelings about the company. The first schedule was between 4:15pm to 5:00pm, I had to schedule it like that because I work a full-time job. Technician didn’t show up didn’t call. So I called again rescheduled it for Friday. I was off, between 10 AM and 12 the technician was on time courteous took care of what I needed and it was very good.

Initially the job was done and everything looked good however after they left I went to use my kitchen faucet and had almost no water pressure. I immediately called them and the receptionist told me it takes a day for it to come back. A week went by called again and receptionist told me she would call me back after checking with the installer. Never heard from them. Called again and was told it’s my faucet - REALLY? I just called again because I noticed my pressure relief valve is leaking and still NO water pressure in my kitchen sink. Sent them pictures and still waiting to hear from them. The 5 star rating I gave initially is not what I rate them now. For paying over $600.00 to replace a water heater under warranty at least you could fix what is wrong!

Chris was great. Office staff was great over the phone with explaining the process, setting up the appointment and follow up. Very professional experience all around.

Once the plumbers finally showed up, he did a fantastic job. Getting him here was a whole lot of non-communative BS. I called 3 times and spoke with, what I thought was a helpful receptionist who told me she would ask the master plumber, look through emails, and make a call, and she was going to call me right back in a few minutes. She never did. The 4th time I called she finally put me on the schedule to have their guy come out. Again he did a great job, fixed the problem, still not sure why I had to wait almost 3 weeks, for a job that took an hour and a half.
I hope if I have to use this company again, there won't be too many hiccups.
