I called right before Thanksgiving 2021weekend and did not get them but left message. They returned call in couple days. Family was sick. The woman was apologetic, professional and very nice. We quickly got an appointment made for the next day. Bruce arrived, and completed the job in 30 minutes. He was very professional and even better yet gave me the good news my heater should be good for many years and was running great. Huge happy dance and thanks. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I got 6 quotes from various installers for an HVAC replacement, but Bruce spent 2 hours taking measurements, analyzing the ductwork in my house, and talking me through the considerations. Besides a highly competitive quote, Bruce's technical expertise and diligence convinced me to choose his company. The team that did the work was further confirmation of a great choice, and I've been a pleased customer. 2 weeks later, Bruce still checks in and asks for feedback, which goes to show, he's not simply trying to make a quick sale. Highly recommended for installation/repair/servicing!

I've been using Harmon for about 2 years now for 9 commercial retail stores and have always received honest feedback and excellent pricing. They've serviced them all and replaced 2 roof top units for me. I always get multiple quotes and Harmon always comes in under their competitors and I know that it's a company I can trust, When it came time to replace my home system this Spring, again I received multiple quotes for piece of mind and ended up choosing Harmon. They were on time, under budget, and left my home perfectly clean. Dave always answers my questions and gives me same day service whenever I've needed him. Bruce and Lou always are quick to diagnose and repair and only suggest that I repair or replace what is necessary. I now recommend Harmon to all of my family and friends in the area.

I would highly recommend Harmon Heating and Air. What a delight it was having Bruce and the guys out to replace my furnace and AC unit. They were on time, clean and very detail oriented. Bruce gave me an estimate that was competitive with all the other companies in the area and him and his team were able to get the job done quickly!

I've had a fine experience with Harmon from start to finish. They listened closely to my particular needs for AC for my small business in a rented commercial space. Harmon came up with an effective system that I could afford. They installed the system in a tricky location, working carefully around my inventory of antiques and art. 3 years ago we bought an old barn that had an addition added on to it. The barn was cold in the winter and the lofts were unbearably hot in the summer. We had multiple HVAC companies come in (suggested window units in the loft), we had a roofer check for insulation when we replaced the roof, and had a efficiency pro come in to fill in anywhere we may have been getting drafts from. Nothing made a difference. Then this summer a duct that went through a closet started to have condensation on it which dropped down onto clothes and began to create mold. A friend suggested we call Bruce (owner of Harmon Heating and Air)

Bruce came out and figured out a way for us to get supply and return into each room (previously only had supply) and reversed the system so that we didn’t need to open up the walls to insulate the supply ducts (which were done incorrectly by the previous owner) and instead switch them to returns and added new ductwork for supply

Previously when you walked from one side of our house to the other you could feel the climate change. Now our barn feels like a home and as weird as it sounds to say this I never thought I would be this excited about HVAC work.

The Harmon team was friendly, professional and creative with their solutions. Going forward they’re the only company we would trust with our home.

Harmon is the only hvac service I trust. Very thorough, honest and knowledgeable. The entire staff is helpful and courteous... superb service, all around. Had a UV light installed on our unit and it was done quickly and flawlessly, despite some obvious obstacles. We'll be using Harmon for our hvac winter checkup, as well.

I had excellent, prompt, professional service from Harmon Heating and Air Conditioning today. They provided a detailed explanation as to what was required to repair my central air conditioning in person. They did an excellent job with the repair and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We have used Harmon a few times; the most recent experience is the reason for my review. A misdiagnosis by a new Harmon tech left us without heat on a Friday afternoon in February. Harmon, recognizing the error, not only refunded the entire earlier mis-repair, but came in with an extraordinary quote for a new system. The job came with some miscommunication, but I saw that Harmon is completely dedicated to customer service. I believe they actually took a loss on our job (which was never my intention). Harmon is a growing company and I think their devotion to repeat customers will serve them well, because every company out there is bound to make a mistake every now and then; how the company handles the mistake is what separates the good from the bad. Harmon was good!

Excellent service, I dealt with Dave over the phone who set me up with my technician Frank. Both were extremely knowledgeable. The price I was quoted was very accurate and much less than the larger HVAC companies out there. I will be using them again in the future and referring them to family and friends.
