When Noone else would come look at my 30 yr old furnace. They came out the same day and fixed the issue.

This company does not need your business. According to Mutual Engineering's website: "You can trust Mutual HVAC for all of your cooling service needs. Whether you are due for an annual tune-up or need help with a surprise breakdown, we are just a call away!" Just be sure to call them day after day after day . . . because NO ONE is going to call you back after "a surprise breakdown" when you need your A/C serviced (i.e. the central A/C system that you actually purchased from them). My family had been a customer of theirs since 1979 - purchasing two central A/C systems and one ductless a/c system for a separate in-law space, not to mention the countless service calls over 40 years. I understand that periods of extreme heat generate more requests for emergency service needs, but all I was asking for was a call back with information on when we might even expect a technician to come out so that we could ensure someone would be at the house at that time. What I got 5 days later was a call two hours before a technician would be arriving at the house to provide this service. By that point we had made alternate arrangements. The response from Mutual Engineering: "Ok." I guess 40 years of customer loyalty isn't worth much these days.

Installed a gas heating system 20 years ago and 20 years later on the coldest day of the year - they came out in a jiffy and replaced the ignitor - and didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Good technician and Gail in the office is super.
