I had an emergency situation with my heating system right on Christmas Eve. The temperature was dropping and I desperately needed help. I called several companies, but none of them responded. James came right away and patched the system so it worked until he got the replacement parts and was able to fix it. A few days later he came again and finished the repair. James provided great, reasonably priced services. I already invited him for my next project and recommend to everyone.

I was desperate to find an A/C repair company fix my A/C during this rough heat wave we’ve had and in trying to relentlessly contact anyone James and Red Company responded in no time. His quick response to me at 9:00 at night really shocked me and told me he would be there the next day for service. He promptly arrived the very next morning and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within a couple hours. He’s very professional and knowledgeable and would highly recommend him if you’re looking for quick thorough and very affordable service.

This place deserves nothing but five stars. Called the owner asked if he could take a look at a unit that was in need of service. Owner quickly put me in their schedule, came out took a look at the unit, and serviced me within 24 hours or less I’d say. Wouldn’t wanna do HVAC with anyone else moving forward! James is AMAZING! Came home with two little ones to no heat on a 37 degree night! James was finishing a job 45 mins away but offered to video chat and helped walk us through relighting the furnace! Highly recommend Red Company for any heating or electrical needs!

A few weeks ago when we had the first heat wave in New England of course my AC went out. I called around for hours to different places. Couldn't find anyone to come look at my unit even though it said they offered 24/7 service. One company stated they could not come until August 7th which was about 2 weeks away.

The property manager of my home finally found somebody. They were supposed to come out and this was 3 days later when I still had no AC. Heatwave was still going on! I waited all day and that person never showed up. They never called or texted to say they weren't coming.

Completely frustrated I didn't know what I was going to do because I have high blood pressure and the heat was really getting to me. I was told by the property manager that there was another person coming and they would be coming from a company called Red Company. When Red came to my home he was very professional, friendly, respectful and quickly identified the issue. He discovered that the thermostat wasn't working properly and replaced that.

A few days later the AC started acting up again. I reached out to him and he immediately came even though he was very busy. After looking at the compressor he discovered there was a part that was rusted and replaced that.

It's been a few days now and my house is nice and cool. Also, the unit is running more efficiently. Thank you Red for going above and beyond!

Excellent company! James came out for same day repair service on a hot, muggy Friday afternoon to fix my central A/C when none of the so-called “big” companies would. He gave a timeframe when he would arrive, and kept me updated by text with his exact arrival time. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it right the first time. Best customer service I have ever had. This company stands by its work and the technician is extremely knowledgeable. I have several heating systems and central air conditioning systems and I can count on RED to maintain and service them when it is convenient for me. They provide quality service when ever I need them. When I needed a hot water heater replacement they responded quickly and from the time I found the leak to the time it was replaced was only a matter of hours, not days. Amazing service and great care and attention to detail. I highly recommend this company for all Heating, A/C systems and hot water systems. They know their products and their 24 service is amazing.
