We've had several problems with an older model of furnace that also is unusual in its configuration. Not easy to get parts! Bill and his team routinely go the extra mile, are prompt to arrive, professional in demeanor, and importantly, deliver results. Highly recommend!

Amazing service! Bill was able to come out and take a look at my boiler and get it up and running in about an hour. I called on Friday and he said to call back Monday to see if he could fit me in. This was after I had called 3-4 different places who either couldn’t fit me in or couldn’t come out until around Thanksgiving. True to his word I called on Monday and he was able to come out and fix my boiler in about an hour for a very affordable price. I’ll definitely be using this service again and highly recommend them.

I called Bills at 8:30am was told he’d have someone there between 2-4. I was called back at 9am saying they could have someone there in 20 mins. It’s now 9:40 and my heat is back on. I had 3 companies not even return my calls. Highly recommended and a customer for life.

Bill is great! I made an appointment for a routine furnace cleaning. He showed up 20 minutes early, was friendly, professional, quick, and inexpensive. I paid about half of what I was quoted by three other companies for the same job. I will be calling Bill from now on...

This company’s service is so far superior to others!!! We have had problems for years with our heating system. Apparently the other guys couldn’t figure out what the problems were, and therefore couldn’t make the necessary repairs. But Bill’s Heating Service figured out some major issues in no time at all. A previous repairman told us we needed a whole new furnace. Bill’s guy said, you need a new circulator and a new valve. In 2 visits, he had us all straightened out!! Can’t say enough good about this company! They know their business!!!
