Another fantastic experience with National Refrigeration today! Our technician, Sam, arrived on time and performed our yearly maintenance -- thoroughly explaining each step along the way. I have been a National Refrigeration customer for 6 or 7 years and have been completely satisfied with every interaction. Very professional staff in all departments. Highly recommend!

Al and I just want to share how pleased we were with the technicians who came out to install our new heating and cooling systems last Tuesday and Wednesday along with installing a new hot water tank.
The Project Manager and all the technicians here were professional, respectful and courteous.

I was very impressed by the work that Phil and Ryan did in replacing cracked cast iron pipe in my home. Phil’s diagnosis was absolutely correct. The replacement work was conducted effectively and quickly with a minimum of disruption. Phil kept me informed throughout the process. I am very happy with the results! Highly recommend.

Justin was professional and thorough. I have the yearly maintenance plan and they have reasonable rates. The only thing I would suggest is that they call you for the reminder of service due. Thank you.

The service man David was very nice and professional and did a great job on the yearly maintenance of our AC. Wouldn't use anyone else also they installed our system 2 years ago and that was done well.

All the technicians are great. Sam G. did a great job. My issue is with National Refrigeration itself. I was lead to believe that my last service was covered under my plan when I called to schedule . I was not told that it was not till after the work had been done, and essentially trapped into signing up again.

They designed and installed a traditional A/C system in the attic of my garrison style house. Ductwork was dropped through the closets to place vents on both the first and second floors. The work was done meticulously so as to minimize the amount of storage space taken up in both the attic and the closets. All aspects of this job were done with great care for our satisfaction. I highly recommend National Refrigeration!

I normally do not post. I don't have much confidence in social media, however for National Refrigeration I will make an exception.

Summary: I will be a customer for life at National Refrigeration. They did an outstanding job replacing my HVAC. Furnace, Evaporator and AC Condenser unit.

My HVAC was original equipment from when the home was constructed, 1998. I requested three quotes, two from very large firms in the State of RI. National I had to find on my own through the Carrier website which listed them as a certified installer.

I was floored to see the price difference between the two very large first (who advertise locally on TV) and National. Nation was 2/3 the cost of the other two and proposed to complete the job in 1 day versus two for the other two firms.

I did further research into Nation and found they had outstanding credentials including a 4.78/5.00 stars on BBB. Their Google reviews are 4.9 (again as of writing this feedback).

I agreed to give them the work.

The day of installation, the team Jeremy/Manny/Jon/Zack showed up to perform the work. They were ON TIME. They were considerate of our home, wore shoe coverings and used drop cloths. And most importantly, they were professional.

They did an excellent job and completed it in one day as proposed. No surprises because they had told me during the estimate of what could possibly be challenging and why and what they did to mitigate the risk. The key for me was R22 versus R410A. They checked the diameter of the existing pipe and stated there should not be an issue with the change in PSI from one refrigerant to the other. The day of installation they validated that as well.

They tested heating and air conditioning and explained all the work that had been performed plus a minor electrical change (at no additional cost).

The team worked hard and most importantly looked like they had fun, which was a pleasant thing to see, cheers to Jeremy on his leadership.

Thank you National! If this is how you treat your customers then you have a customer for life.
