Alexander Heating & Cooling

I recently had my new water heater installed by Alexander Heating & Cooling, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and efficiently.
Christopher was prompt, courteous, and professional, and he took the time to explain the installation process and answer all my questions. He was also very careful with my home and made sure to clean up any debris or mess after the installation was complete. The installation itself was flawless, and the water heater is working perfectly.
Christopher also serviced our HVAC unit prior.
Overall, I would highly recommend this company, and I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Alexander Heating and Cooling was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. I called them this morning a little after 9 and Chris address the issue with me and had our A.C. up and running a little after 1pm. Chris and his company - Alexander Heating & Cooling were wonderful. My HVAC system went out this week and he was at my house the following morning, prompt and available. He was very thorough in explaining the repair situation, detailing the how and why, along with the costs. Chris also fixed it quickly, promptly and was extremely kind, all through the process. Would use his services again and recommend him to my neighborhood.

Chris was EXTREMELY accommodating. Our AC quit working earlier today & after calling numerous places to get an estimate on how much it would be (Alexander’s was the best price) Chris was the only one able to come out same day to fix it for us. He worked around my difficult schedule & was here in about an hour and done within 30 minutes. I’m now sitting comfortably in my house & I cannot express how thankful I am on this hot day.

Chris, the owner was quick to respond back when we called him to install some faucets throughout the house. We scheduled a time and day and he was actually a little early. We were very pleased with his work and cleanliness. Prior to leaving we scheduled a time and date to flush out the hot water system and to check out the HVAC for the winter.
We were so impressed with his professionalism that we have recommended him to our neighbors and he has been to several of their homes already.

Contacted Chris on a Sunday morning about a terrible burning smell from our air vents. He was there right after lunch to diagnose the problem: burned up control board. I was definitely concerned; sounded costly and lengthy to fix. Chris immediately set my mind at ease. He gave me a total cost on the spot, and had a new one installed before lunch on Monday. Getting an hvac problem that pops up on an August weekend in Charleston fixed in about 24 hours is impossible, or so I thought. Chris got it done, was quick, and very reasonably priced. Cannot recommend him enough!

We were referred to Chris many years ago by several neighbors, and we've been very happy with his service and professionalism. Chris has helped me many times, especially when my heating and air unexpectedly had issues. When my hot water heater went out, Chris came immediately over to check out the situation and order the parts. He had great communication with me on what parts needed to be ordered and when everything was going to be done. If you want some one who does the job right in a timely manner and affordable prices, Chris is your guy.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience to get our AC back up and running. Not only did Chris respond immediately to my text, but he came an hour later and fixed the issue in no time. To top it off it was the Friday before the 4th of July weekend! Chris made sure to keep me informed of what the issue was and was super reasonable for the cost of the repair. I will absolutely use Chris again and be sure to refer him to all my neighbors and friends who are in need of any heating and air services.
