I have been a customer of Holy City since 2011. They have always done a great job with the maintenance on 3 units and installation of 2 new units as well as redoing the duct work in my home. We just had the maintenance done with Keith and he did a great job notifying me with what is going on with the units and what he was doing as he working on the units. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Holy City Heating & Air is such a great company to deal with. Technician was on time and very knowledgeable, friendly and professional employee.

Our a/c went out last night and it’s going to be a warm day plus I have a sick elderly dog and I was concerned about the house getting too warm. So I called Holy City and explained my situation and they worked with me to get someone out as soon as possible which I greatly appreciated! In fact, they came out just an hour after my call, wow! Also, upon assessment of my system, it turns out that it was only a blow fuse — cost $140 to repair! They did see signs of something else going on with our unit, but upon further assessment determined that what they saw was from a past issue and there are no indications of anything else that needs repair at present. That was wonderful news :) Thank you Holy City — I will be calling you again!!!

We use Holy City for our rental property. We have owned the property for several years and we can only schedule ALL of our maintenance appointments when we are in town for short visits. Holy City installed my ac unit a few years ago. Their service during the install was top notch. Recently I came home to an issue. A member of the team arrived within an hour to assess the situation. When it was determined the issue was due to a faulty part, they took care of everything quickly, and with excellent customer service. It made what would have been an extremely stressful project very easy. They stand by their work. Thanks!

Was having trouble with my AC cooling. Mark Cabrera was our technician and he was super professional. He was able to figure out the issue within minutes and we had our AC running in no time. Highly recommend! Thank you again!!

Tom the owner called me after a small problem. This is an owner who clearly understands how to run a business and take care of his customers. My home had a downstairs Heat Pump that wasn't cooling and I was out the county and not phone contactable when his tecnician arrived. There is a reason Holy City Heating & Air gets the 5 Star reviews over and over. Responsive, honest and offered to make my experience better when I didn't even ask for that. Will most definetly continue doing business with this fantastic company.

Mark came to our home for a seasonal maintenance. I knew the condenser was leaking into the pan and pointed that out to Mark.

He found the drain was oriented sort of uphill and recommended a new P-trap with a safety switch would be a good idea, and to orient the drain pipe so it pointed a bit downhill.

He was knowledgeable and personable. Holy City: keep this guy!

I couldn’t recommend Holy City Heating & Air more! We have a fairly old HVAC system that needed some maintenance/repairs. We had another local company come to the house and they quoted us $2k for new supplies, but their solution wasn’t going to actually fix our problem (and they were trying to push a new HVAC system on us). Then Richard N with Holy City came out and provided us with immediate relief! He eased our anxieties, promptly fixed our system, and gave us advice about maintenance! He was very professional and kind, and didn’t try to push us to install a new HVAC system like many other companies. We highly recommend Richard N and Holy City!
