We have been a customer of Superior for about 10 yrs now and i am very pleased with their service. We had our units replace by them in 2012 and they have been servicing them ever since. We have an semi-annual maintenance agreement with them and they come give our AC units a thorough inspection and clean up twice a year at a very reasonable rate. Their employees are always very nice and considerate. I suggest if you have an problems to contact the president Dave Miller, nice guy.
Superior services company was very professional and punctual though out this process. Anita in dispatch was very helpful in getting my weekend service scheduled. Jonathan the service technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Shawn was very professional while giving us several quotes and options for replacement of my 21 year old system. Shawn and Melissa have been very helpful getting the installation scheduled and than rescheduled after an unforeseen emergency caused a changed to the first scheduled date.
Superior Services Heating and Air has saved me more than once and I couldn’t be happier that I found them. Mr. James Came to our house and got us up and running within a matter of hours about a year ago when my husband was at home battling cancer. Being without air conditioning was not an option. He fixed the downstairs unit with parts he had on his truck. No waiting for parts to come in. Not only was he very knowledgeable, he was also about the kindest service person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Just a week ago, our upstairs unit stopped cooling, so I called and requested Mr James. He showed up within an hour and we were back up and running in no time. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart! I would highly recommend Superior Services if you ever find yourself in need of AC repair.
Their tagline is "Yeah, we're that good." I would laugh at this if they weren't absolutely the worst company I have dealt with - ever. The ac in our office went out so we called them from a referral. They came out, 'diagnosed' the issue and came back to fix it the next day. That would have been great if they had ACTUALLY FIXED IT. The unit never worked after that, we lost a couple days of business because of it, and ended up having to get another company to fix the job. Now, I"m getting a bill for 1,000 dollars for this 'service'. I'm not even sure anything was done , much less anything that fixed our problem. They are a scam company who tries to charge for performing services that never address the problem. Stay away.
Will never have them fix my AC again! They charged me $329 to fix a warrantied part on my AC. When I tried to email the company through their website to discuss this ridiculously high charge , none of the emails would send. Very unprofessional and overpriced!
Found a problem with our coils. Explained what happened so I could understand and suggested we replace the coils. They ordered replacements and installed them within a few days. Easy peasy
