I speak with Gerard nearly everyday managing a commercial ac company. He is extremely friendly and professional. He goes above and beyond locating parts and sourcing availability in a time where getting parts can be very difficult. As a tech as well I have personally been to this location and the store is very clean. I think anyone complain about not speaking to someone doesn't use the texting ability, doesn't utilize emails. There are a million ways to get a hold of anyone at this branch. I appreciate the relationships I have built with this branch over the last year.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They almost never answer the phone. Half the time they give us the wrong part, say they ordered the part then days later we call and part was never ordered. Fast to put us off to another person who is never at their post, voice mail goes unanswered, calls never returned. How Carrier Columbia stays in business is beyond me. I think a clean sweep needs to happen and this branch rebooted with all new corporately trained people.
I absolutely HATE dealing with this company! They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life! They have gone way out of their way to make sure we loose money anytime we are dealing with warranty on a Carrier unit. They Charged my credit card for warranty parts and promised they were ordered then days later we call and they say "oops no one put in the order." meanwhile my bank account shows $679.90 charged to my credit card just as plain as day. They have the nerve to tell me they want to set my company up as a Carrier dealer! Carrier needs to do a clean sweep on this branch and fire everyone employed there and start a fresh!
Customer service in house is not bad. But nobody ever answers the phone and then when they give you the option to leave a message and they say they'll call you back you never receive a phone call back. Also dealing with their warranty department is like an act of Congress. It's the most difficult company to deal with when it comes to warranty parts
Absolutely the worst place to ever call! They never answer the phone. I am writing this after a 45 minute wait in their stupid automatic answering device! It automatically answers and and never lets you out of the mind numbing endless ads for there online stuff which is just as awful!
On the phone on hold waiting for an hour and decided to drive down there while I was on hold and I’ll walk in there and there’s three people at the counter supposedly working and only one customer. I saw one person keep hitting button whenever phone beeped and so I pulled out my phone and put it on speaker so they could hear it was My call being rejected.
