    I wholly recommend this company to others that need HVAC assistance. Most professional, quick, and efficient HVAC company I've dealt with in many years. The house I bought in which my extended family lives, too, had no freon in the upper level AC system for the longest time, confirmed on the first maintenance visit. I knew there was something off but didn't expect the upper AC to only be borrowing the lower one's air to do its own job. Entirely makes sense after what had been experienced for a couple of years. Not to mention both AC systems were left in the dirt by the previous owners. Northpoint went above and beyond to get both zone AC's replaced and up to speed. Like I said prior, far more than any other HVAC company I've hired. Thank you very much to Jason, Luke, AJ, Ashley, Rob, and the many others that addressed the issue in such a quick and proficient manner. Sadly couldn't remember every name. I was additionally surprised by the Dominion Energy rebate application laid out in such a way I could finish that piece of it with ease. The equipment and SEERS branding are top-tier. Not sure I've ever seen such fancy HVAC systems before in my life. Again, thank you very, very much Northpoint for the assistance in replacing both AC systems. Cost of replacement was amazingly fair, close to the amount I'd set aside for the job when knowing it needed to be done sooner or later before the whole thing went down. One of the best experiences I've had, and I certainly have had some terrible ones, I assure you. Definitely my go-to HVAC company starting forward from this point onward.

    Wow...what an exceptional team of outstanding technicians. We are building a house and they have been installing all week. They kept the work areas meticulous, were so polite,and very knowledgeable. The leader of the crew is a huge asset to the company. He really enjoys and takes pride in all he does and appears to be a great all around person. I must admit that Northpoint has been the best company we have ever dealt with (and we're old! Ha)

    From Start to finish, Northpoint Heating and Air were so wonderful! They came out to fix a leak and found that so much wasn't sealed and connected properly. Were so helpful and informative as well as affordable. Will definitely hire them again!

    Great experience from working with the sales rep and Technical Manager to figuring out which thermostat to go with to taking time to assist with questions about installation of a thermostat. On time customer service with very little delay, professional and extremely friendly and knowledgeable in providing easy to understand technical jargon.They are courteous, prompt and very efficient. They are my go to for heating and air conditioning specialists. Kinda wish they still service my location because they are so good.This is a company you can completely rely on. We have used their services before. Recently we had a malfunction in our thermostat system, and both service tech supervisor and sales associate went well out of their way to make sure my concern was fully address in a timely fashion. I was SO grateful to them! I cannot recommend Northpoint Heating & Air Inc highly enough!!!

    Kyle, Al, and Andrew installed two units in my home. These guys were fantastic. They were professional, considerate and able to install two complete heating/AC units in one day. They answered any questions we had and showed us how to operate the units with the new thermostats. I have been a customer for several years now and would recommend Northpoint in a heartbeat.     Northpoint handles maintenance on my home system. The entire staff is very professional and easy to deal with. They provide a great service. I recently had them install a split system for a small building in our backyard. Smitty and Kyle were the installers and did an excellent job. They were on time, explained everything that they were going to do. Couldn't have been nicer to deal with. I'm very pleased with the system installed. I highly recommend them!

    So disgusted with this "business" that has to write another review. Claim they have to wait on warranty companies (but clearly explained just a 5 min conversation needed) just so that the warranty company knew what was going on. No waiting on approval because they don't deal with the warranty companies. Meaning they dont accept payments from them. Just like the first time they explained this and did speak with the warranty company. I knew I had to pay them and deal with my warranty company for reimbursement minus my deductible. Crazy thing is they had some decent reviews. Yes they came early, but doesn't justify them not coming back out as promised within 2 weeks (it's a month later and had to call them). So no I don't recommend them and if the first review didn't make it clear in the first review I won't be contacting your "business," but not because of your stated reasons but because of their poor service, lack of empathy, lack of compassion, price gouging, & unreasonable practices. I do appreciate them coming early due to the seriousness/urgency of my situation as well as the first technician from the first call in June 2022. He did the best he could either his boss pushing & rushing him to hurry the job up. He is the one bright spot. Wish he came back out.

    Have to give a 1 star rating or can't give review. Would be zero stars if I could. Charge you $180 for a 5 minute conversation to let your warranty company know what the issue is. Tried to recharge a fee to come back out to check on a work solution already paid for to try a find a resolution. Totally unprofessional and trying to take advantage of a dire situation to gouge customers for more money. Do not use them at all costs. Since they want to reply, let's add that they did come earlier than expected. Only decent thing done. No one said that you work for the home warranty company. Oh you forgot to mention the first technician talked to the waresnty company with no issue. Also that you were rushing them while they were on the job. Oh and that you were supposed to come out in 2 weeks. Fast forward a month later with no return visit I had to call back only to have your company try to extort more money. Good attempt to try snf justify your companies shortcomings and failure to provide good customer service.

    All the reviews on here are so positive, it makes me wonder why my experience has been so negative. About a year ago I called to have our AC unit repaired. When I called the young lady informed me that my unit was under warranty and there would be no service charge. Awesome right? The guy came out, provided great service and then requested the service fee. I explained to him what the lady said and he called his boss. I spoke to his boss, gave him the same information. He apologized for the confusion, he explained the correct information and stated he would waive the service fee this one time. Again, great customer service! So today when my unit stopped working, I called them first. Well they refuse to service me stating I am on their Do Not Service list because, according to them I refused to pay the service fee. We spoke to the service manager, explained to him the situation from last year, also told him that we fully understand and expect to have a fee this time and we are going to pay it. The service manager said that didn’t matter, they were not going to service us! I said to the manger, we are going to pay the fee, matter of fact we can pay it right now and he still refused to service us. I was not rude with anyone at anytime I spoke to them. Can’t figure out what the issue is and why we are being treated this way!
    I definitely would NOT recommend them to anyone!!
