I had yet another great experience with On Call! I woke up this morning with a sneaking suspicion that my A/C was struggling to cool down the house, and when I looked at the thermostat, it was confirmed. I immediately called On Call around 10:30 am, and It’s now 3:00 pm, and everything is like brand new! I used them last year for an emergency heating problem, and they were great then too. You can’t beat the excellent customer service either. The lady that scheduled my appointment this morning was charming and compassionate. Joel came out today and was kind, polite, and helpful. He answered all my questions and never once pestered me to buy additional products or services; however, I do plan to get on their yearly service plan as my unit is middle-aged, and I think it’s time to do some preventative maintenance to keep the unit going strong. Overall, there are not enough great things to say about this company!! Thanks, On Call!

The service was excellent. I received a call from their office within a few minutes of my online request submission. The HVAC tech, Joel, was friendly and knowledgeable. I was kept up to date on the status of the part that had to be ordered. Joel was prompt in repairing the unit once the part was received. I would definitely recommend using this company.

Our technician, Joel, is awesome. He’s come twice in the last few weeks for two unrelated issues, and both times he was very kind, thorough, and helpful. He is helping me with a quote for further work and when it’s time, I’ll be calling Joel! Very professional and nice to work with. Excellent technician!!

I'm very happy with On Call. They are easy to schedule and transparent about their processes. Devon just left after doing an HVAC inspection and he went above and beyond. He arrived at the top end of the service window, was efficient and knowledgeable, very thorough in explaining what he did and how the unit's doing, and was all-in answering questions that maybe not everybody asks. He took extra time to price out some things that I'd asked about and was patient, kind, and professional throughout. Give that man a raise! I will ask for him specifically for our next inspection. Had Joel checking my AC this morning. Great guy willing to talk me through exactly what he was doing while he worked just to satisfy my curiosity. Says the service only needs to be performed once every 6 months or so, but I definitely know who to call should any problems arise. Thanks again Joel!

First I'll start by saying I've done thousands of dollars of business with this company over many years but the last 2 yrs has not been great. I'm feeling that they're no longer about truly diagnosing your plumbing issue and offering a permanent solution rather a pattern of selling you a cheap fix because they know it's not going to last so you'll have to call them back in less than 30days. It's no wonder they're referred to as salesperson rather than technicians(it's on your invoice). I've been quiet for a while now as I watch and learn how your salesmen work and as I pay out a couple of thousand to your company every month; but I see the game here at On Call Plumbing and yes feel free to reach out.

Shawn came out to our property and completed our backflow testing and inspection. He was super professional, on time, and full of knowledge. He answered every question we had thoroughly and guided us through the process which we really appreciated as new homeowners.

HANK PAULING IS THE MAN!!! Absolute pleasure to have as a technician. He showed up in a reasonable amount of time and had our big plumbing problem fixed within the hour. I will 100% be calling this company again if needed and i will personally request HANK!!
