The arrogance and rudeness of what I can only assume to be the manager was off the charts. I was simply trying to find an electrical part for a furnace. The part is available online, but I did not want my tenant to have to wait that long. Instead of just telling me that they did not sell to people without an account, he said that any place that would sell to me was “stabbing local contractors in the back”. If you don’t want to sell to me fine, but I don’t need the insults.
