Eric, the technician, was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He let me know that everything on his recent visit was working properly. I have been using this company for years and have been pleased with their work in maintaining my HVAC system.

I don’t use my real name on web, however, their tech Eric came to do maintenance on my a/c. I moved to this townhouse in Feb 2020, discovered it had dust issues inside. Eric went into two attics checking all ducts thoroughly, in 95 deg heat, I watched. Crawled on hands and knees to get to all of them, I watched. He was thorough in this process, however he also discovered WHY there was dust issues. Drainage pan under blower in attic had rusted/rotted out, completely gone. Dust/insulation was being sucked up into blower and distributed throughout house. Eric was so thorough, polite, professional and solved my issues. I would recommend this company with 10 stars !

After 2 years and four visits not one technician ever attempted to clean my outside units. Switching back to the previous company I used despite a higher cost.

I have had them do maintenance on my HVAC unit for several years even though they did not install the unit. Have been very satisfied and then it died on me. Had them come out and do a temp fix until they could install a new Lennox system. They came out last week an replaced the unit. Took 2 full days due to it being in the attic and over 100 in temperature. Very pleased with the system and it runs much quieter as well Climate control is very professional in what the do and would highly recommend them to anyone with issues in their HVAC systems

New Trane XL18 installed with Trane airhandler with Lenox Healthy Climate system and Honeywell red link zoning and xl824 Trane Thermostats. I am in love wit this system. David, Brad, Lou did a great job getting me hooked up with right system for my house. ALL THE GUYS THAT CAME OUT TO WORK ON THIS INSTALL WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL I use caps in this case for a reason. Catch me next year for a.more thorough review but for now I say Thanks Climate Control.

Professional, sharp, identified the problem in 10 minutes and quickly fixed the problem. When I have another HVAC issue, it is no-brainer to call these folks.
