We have had good service from McGee on several issues and projects. Friendly, respectful, helpful technicians and service reps. Happy we chose McGee. Would recommend to our friends. Today Christian was our tech and he was great. Explained the situation and got us back in business quickly. Thanks to you and your team for the great service.

Came home to AC not working on a very hot summer Sunday afternoon and called McGee the next day and they were able to send someone out that very day. Christian called before heading to my house and was on the front side of the 3 hour window I was given. He was so polite and thorough and explained and diagnosed the problem and replaced the part, but continued to evaluate to make sure he didn’t miss anything. Workers like Christian are hard to find these days. I highly recommend McGee and Christian. He totally deserves an increase in pay for his customer service and efficiency.

McGee Heating & Air are our actual heroes. Our compressor went out on our HVAC and it quickly ramped up to 85+ degrees inside our house on a hot humid day like today. They came out and fixed it within the same hour that I called, on an HOLIDAY, and our air was pumping out that fresh icy blend again immediately. 100/10.

I called yesterday afternoon because our AC wasn’t working. Christian came out this morning, was very knowledgeable, did a great job, and in a timely manner. I will continue to call McGee!

They sent a service tech out the same day I called. His name is Eddie and it was a great experience having him work on our A/C problem.

Our system went out during the hottest part of the summer. John came out promptly, examined every part of the system, explained my options, and helped obtain interest free financing. Inside of a week, Charlie and his crew started a total replacement of the system and ducts finishing in 4 days. The crew was efficient, polite, clean and neat. Using McGee was a very positive experience. Thank you John and Charlie!
