Sprinkle and Son's Heating and Air

Quick response, very professional and reasonable. I was very impressed when the younger repairmen did what they could, called the Sr.Sprinkle and he came by to finish the job that afternoon.

Ken and Ken came out to my home and jumped right in. They were friendly and arrived as promised today. They fixed the issue with my unit upstairs and also serviced my other unit while here. Even offered to change the other filters around the home. I was billed reasonably for the work they completed. I would definitely recommend and will call only them for servicing.

We paid right around $5000 for a brand new unit and installation and have had nothing but problems since it was installed. The 1st time they came back out they said a valve needed to be replaced, the 2nd time they said the compressor was just bad and that that happens sometimes so they charged us to put a new compressor on our newly installed ...new unit.... the 3rd time they came the outside unit and lines were frozen and they said the compressor they just installed was leaking and the lines had to be resauder... at least they didn't charge us to do that. The 4th time they said the fan was hitting something from where they installed the compressor. Now I just turned the heat on for the 1st time this year and within the 1st 5 minutes the inside unit is hissing loudly. There's definitely a leak somewhere it's been off for over an hour and is still hissing. I'm not even bothering to call them back out again I'm just disgusted!

Good quality, good people, will be using in the future.
