Aire Serv of Greenville

Earlier today, we discovered a leak coming from our water heater. Aire Serv installed our water heater in 2017. We were very impressed with the service they provided during the installation and their fair pricing. Since today is Memorial Day, we weren't sure if a technician would be available. Mark arrived in a timely manner and quickly diagnosed the issue as a rusted hole on the bottom of the expansion tank. He purchased a new tank for us and installed it so we would have hot water tonight. No doubt doing the repair today, instead of tomorrow, made for a longer work day for Mark. We appreciated his professionalism and his willingness to go the extra mile to see we were satisfied.

I purchased my two air conditioners from Aire Serv several years ago. One morning , I entered a room that is right below the furnace exchange in the attic and saw a huge brown water spot on my white ceiling. I called fully expecting to wait a few days for them to come and to my surprise they came within hours. They wore booties and were very neat in my house. These men were courteous and explained the problem before proceeding with the repair. You can’t go wrong with Aire Serv.

Eric Schafer was our technician. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. We'd gladly have him back anytime we require service.

The service repair person was courteous. He was thorough in completing the spring maintenance, provided information about the condition of my unit, and explained options available for repair or replacement of the system. Additionally, he was kind enough to replace the batterie in my smoke detector. I have been very satisfied with the service that I have received from Aire Serv over the past few years.

Mark and Jonathan both were very prompt and appreciate their thoroughness in looking at the issue with our HVAC units.

Technician, Eric, was great. Fixed the AC issue in under 15 minutes! Excellent guy!I have used them before and will continue tonuse them. I do wish they still serviced tankless water heaters.

My furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year. Aire Serv answered the phone and scheduled an appointment as quickly as possible.
You see, I thought that I had emergency service with Corley, but when the furnace stopped, I called them but nobody answered the phone. I pay Corley $25/month for emergency service. What a waste! They're fired! Be smart. Hire Aire Serv!

Just had Eric of Aire Serv back to evaluate insulating the furnace drain pipes so it won't freeze again. These guys know their business.
