Carolina Climate Control

Called with a problem with my A/C not working(30yr old system). They offered to fix it but was only going to be a band aid so I decided to get a new system. Called them the next morning telling them I decided on a new system and they were out within the hour to start working!! The team that came out was friendly and did a great job!

Called Derrick and was at my house the same day. Derrick and Marshall went over all of our options and pricing and explained everything in great detail. We made our decision and they sent over a great crew the next day. Installation crew was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Answered all of our questions and had great respect of our home. Derrick followed up with us the next day. Highly recommend for all your HVAC needs.

Our air unit was on its last leg(20 year old unit) and we called and they had a great deal going on and had us an appointment that week to install a new unit thermostat and re do our duct work. Super friendly customer service and connivence for an appointment when we needed it fast!

The entire team at Carolina Climate was fantastic. I really appreciate their attention to detail and thorough review of my HVAC system with me. They followed up the next day to ensure everything was functioning great...which it was. There were intentional to ensure I only repaired the "need to have" versus the "nice to have" and explained this along the way. All the crew were great...especially Derrick and Andy!

Way better than a local and popular NAME company I used previously. Hunter and Derek (and the rest of the crew) are just top notch. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if the need arises. Great people and great work so far.

My unit was squealing overnight and I called them in the morning, and they came right over! Very knowledgeable and happy to help. It only ended up being a minor issue fortunately and I was all set by the time they left!
