Excellent experience with Corley Plumbing Service and Repair. From the moment I called until the repairs were completed. I was able to call and get a service tech.(Michael Reilly) out to my home on the same day. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and efficient. Michael arrived at the quoted time, and evaluated my service needs promptly and gave me all my repair options. I chose to add a service plan going forward as well as authorizing him to make the necessary repairs. Michael was able to make the necessary repairs while in my home with no delays. I already had a kitchen faucet onsite which he installed first and I needed to replace my garbage disposal which he proceeded to do next with a new unit from his truck. He asked us to verify repairs to make sure we were satisfied. He was very professional and courteous. We were pleased with the results. We would recommend Corley Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing installation and/or repairs.

Corley was able to send someone out right away. Sage was our plumber and did a great job of explaining things, answering our questions and giving us options. He took the time to make sure we knew where our water cut off is, even though it wasn't directly related to our concern. We'd had another service out before Corley. Corley gave us options, where the other company didn't, gave us a much more fair price, and we're professional. We found ourselves a great plumbing service and highly recommend Corley.

My tech today was COLBY he arrived on time, was knowledgeable, professional, super polite and efficient! He addressed the issue and thoroughly explained everything and resolved it. Corley clearly understands customers service. When I told them my air was off they sent someone that day at 5PM. The salesman that came out was on time (huge plus). He wasn't just concerned with a sales he offered to bring me a temporary AC unit until work was completed. The next day it was here.

The team that showed up was one of the most professional teams I have had the pleasure of working with. Salesman came by every day to ensure the job was going as he promised.

The office communication was superb. I was called and texted with advance notice of team arrival along with the names of teams that would be arriving.

Lastly, I just want to say a special thanks to the guys who installed my the unit in the super hot attic, Brandon Tomas and Anthony. You guys are what makes Corley a cut above the rest.

Scott with Corley was awesome! 1. I am so impressed with the quick response time from Corley. I called and 3 hours later Scott was at my door. 2. Scott was very knowledgeable and had me fixed in less than 2 hours. Will definitely use Corley again if I ever have any plumbing issues. Thank you guys!!

Jacob and his team were excellent. Polite, professional, and understanding. The repaired my breaker box and installed many improvements the builders guy had missed like surge protection. I was so impressed I signed up for the hvac plumbing and electrical annual inspection plan.

They were able to dispatch a technician in a timely manner and did a great job communicating from expected arrival, through identifying the problem, and providing the available options. Jheremy, the technician, was professional and explained everything thoroughly and with great patience. He took great care of entering my home with clean shoe covers every time. I feel comfortable working with Corley Plumbing Air Electric in the future.

I just recieved excellent service from two plumbers Mr. Lindsey and Mr. Joe. They were great and it did not take them long to replace our kitchen faucet. We really appreciate great service like this and we would recommend Corley to anyone who wants great service and have a peace of mind that everything is fixed correctly!

Very pleased with the service. From talking with dispatch in the office to the service technician that fixed my HVAC. Signing up for the service plan saved 15% off my bill as well as provides me with peace of mind that even when I'm out of town my wife can contact 1 contractor for our plumbing, electrical and heating/air. Received estimate for replacing a blower motor on our heat pump... Pre-paid for the service. Our in-laws were present during the service as we were out of town. Shannon Denny told them that in the end it wasn't the blower motor. Said he replaced a board and did not replace the blower. We called the company multiple times and requested an adjustment to our invoice and payment to reflect the work that had been completed. Promised a return call from both the company and Shannon which we have yet to receive. Service rendered on June 16th. Today is July 3rd. I would give only 1 star, but they did repair the unit. Very disappointed in the overall experience!

After posting my first review above, Corley contacted me and resolved the issue. Returned my call and the invoice has been corrected to reflect the work that was completed. Thank you. After the resolution, I feel the rating should be adjusted to 4 stars.
