Very pleasant experience. Gage and his crew were very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. HVAC and Furnace were installed in a minimal amount of time. The crew removed all old equipment from my home and cleaned up after themselves. Price was very competitive. I couldn't ask for better experience. I would definitely recommend Eastergard!

Eastergard was prompt with their service; they came within 24 hours of my service call. They were very thorough in their inspection and in their explanations of what repairs/service were needed on my system. Everyone I interacted with from my first call to the installation of my new system was so nice and so helpful. Overall wonderful experience!

Eastergard was very professional. All of the men working at my house were efficient, polite and did their best not to be intrusive. I really appreciated them being here when they said they would. Will be using them going forward

Our hot water heater in our attic failed overnight, causing water to leak into our second story. I called Eastergard early the next am, and Alex was at our house by 11:00 am that same day. After doing some research to make sure they could relocate our hot water heater to our crawl space, we were placed on Eastergard’s schedule for the following morning to have the system rerouted and installed. Turnaround time from failure of old tank to install or new tankless system was less than 48 hours. So impressed! Prompt service, impeccable customer relations, and very fair pricing. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

We contacted Eastergard to replace our 22 year old AC unit and gas furnace, and noted that although we had 2 zones, unfortunately, the upstairs would often get 5plus degrees warmer than the downstairs. The salesman, Alex, was very knowledgeable and provided us 3 options which were reasonably priced. He went over the 3 options in detail, answered all questions, and also provided rebate details for each. We decided on the a two stage heat pump unit, a two stage gas furnace, new thermostats, and replacing the old zoning with a new system that included a bypass damper. The installation crew was prompt, courteous, and thoroughly clean up after the installation. We contacted Alex when the heat pump second stage was not running properly, and a service tech was immediately sent out to adjust the system.
The new zoning and bypass damper has worked brilliantly to regulate the upstairs and downstairs temperatures. We highly recommend Alex and Eastergard for any HVAC services that you might need. Their technical knowledge is second to none.

We contacted Eastergard to check out a heating issue. They responded quickly and Josh C showed up as the tech He was honest and professional. He corrected the heating issue pronto. I really appreciated his clear explanation and his ability
to troubleshoot. Great tech. I would not hesitate to recommend Josh C and Eastergard

This is an edit to my original 1 star review.

I'd like to say that while my initial interaction with Eastergard was rocky at best, Joel has taken the time to work with me to address all issues and make right any incorrect installation. They were eventually able to identify some key items that were not properly wired to make our AUX heat was working properly. The team stayed at my home for near 3 hours working hard on troubleshooting the issue. I appreciated that level of attention and work ethic to stay until it was fixed.

Not every interaction has to be 5 stars to trust a company, it is how that company responds to below average service that makes them stand out and I do have to say that Joel and his team took to heart my concerns and addressed them. I'll continue to use Eastergard for the life of my HVAC unit.

I'd like to mention one other thing, the tech who came onsite for the emergency call. In my original review I called out the unprofessionalism of this individual yelling at me in my home. Joel was honest with me that they hit a trifecta of problems that weekend: the holiday, coldest day of the year (8 degrees), and it being the weekend. Take those three things and you have a recipe for disaster and emotions can flair and stress be through the roof. I can accept that the tech was having a real human experience and I forgive anyone for that. I appreciate their honesty and candor to work on making sure their techs aren't put into these situations in the future and to also help with making sure it isn't felt by the customer.

I'm hopeful my experience was an anomaly and if you choose to go with Eastergard you'll have a pleasant experience.

Our family is very excited to have found this company. We chose them over the company that installed our unit a couple years back because this company's team members are very knowledgeable, helpful, and on point with proactive responsive communication. So far I am impressed with the gentleman who came out to evaluate our system's issues. Miguel was very knowledgeable had many insights to the issues we had. He was also very honest and wanted to make sure we did not have unnecessary expenses. The two previous companies had quoted higher labor costs for warranty parts replacement and also suggested more was wrong with our currently 2 year old Heil than actually is wrong. No leaks, no compressor damage (just imbalanced unit from poor install and defective valve from Heil). Unfortunately the steep expense of the new coolant and needing to replace the coil/valve combo is a little more expensive with no solo valves to be purchased anywhere, but okay that is what is it and not on them. I look forward to the further improvements Miguel plans to make on the initial install errors and the servicing of my unit with this awesome company. I will let you know how it goes. ☺️
