Jeff and Dee, the owners, are a great team and work hard for their clients. They have given us great guidance regarding a home warranty issue even when that advice meant they would not get the business. As a result, we use them now for our HVAC services. They installed a new furnace in our attic this past Fall and reconfigured a drainage/septic line issue in the process. Their prices are fair and reasonable... and most importantly they are honest. I have been burned more than once by HVAC companies but trust and recommend Expert Air without reservation.

We had a brand new HVAC system put in a month ago by the Expert Air Team. I waited a month to review to see how everything went. I could not be happier Our HVAC system went completely kaput right before Christmas. We were recommended to call Expert Air. The owner Jeff Carlin came by, educated us on different systems. He had proposals sent by email that same evening. We picked the one we wanted, the day after Christmas the crew arrived promptly as they said they would. The 2 gentlemen that put in system were courteous, professional and explained everything to us. The one gentleman even took the time to explain how to use the WiFi thermostat and program on my iPad. I have had zero problems so far and true test is we have been experiencing temps in the teens this past month and our home is warm and toasty!!! Also to be noted, greatly noted, is I am unavailable to phone calls a lot due to my job, I would email any questions to Dee the office manager and get a response IMMEDIATELY. I also was very happy with the interest free financing they have in affiliation with Sychrony Bank. I can’t tell you how their prices compare with other places as we really trusted recommendation and We wanted job done right with no glitches, they surely delivered. Thank You. I needed my 18 year old HVAC system replaced for my downstairs. I talked to a few big name HVAC companies and got quotes, but didn't have a good feeling for any of them. Too much lame sales pitch, leaving out details, awkward negotiations, and giving quotes that state the final price could be higher depending how the install goes. To me that means they do not trust their own quote, so how should I. Very frustrating!

Luckily I found Expert Air Team. I spoke directly with the OWNER of the company first off. He came to my house the next day, with one of his installers, at the time he said he would be there. He held to the price we discussed over the phone even though he found a few items that would need to be addressed. His price was competitive to all the others, and he found a better solution for the furnace which actually brought the price down to the lowest price quote I found. His quote states his price is the final price, no matter if something comes up during the install. That statement goes a long way.

Jeff showed up the next morning at 9am along with the installer that came for the quote, and a third installer. How often does the owner show up for the labor part? They were done by 2pm. I assume it's not typical that you can talk to the owner of the company over the phone, then they are the one that does the in house quote, much less helps with the install/labor. I honestly didn't expect that. There was no BS with Jeff and his team during this whole process, and that's what I was looking for.

The install itself went exactly how I expected. The communication was very good as well, with Dee (Jeff's wife) handling most of that. She was very prompt over the phone and with emails. I wish I'd found Expert Air Team from the beginning to save me the frustration.

We had Expert Air install a new unit for our home. The team at Expert Air was courteous and professional. We will be needing a second unit for the basement of our home in the fall and we will be giving them a call again! Highly recommend this company.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Expert Air! Love Dee and Jeff Carlin and their team, they are responsive, on time, reasonable, and do excellent work! We have used them at home and at the office.

We are so pleased with our new zoning. The house is only 1 degree difference in a couple of our rooms. It is so nice to come down to the kitchen, laundry room and our sunroom and be warm in the mornings. The technicians were polite and very knowledgeable. We could not be more pleased with Expert Air.

I had a great experience with Expert Air. They replaced my evaporator coil on my Trane unit for $400 less than the other guy. Very knowledgeable.
