Mitchell Heating and Air, LLC

I was referred by a friend to Mitchell Heating and Air, and the service has been top-notch. I had a couple of issues come up, and they always manage to get someone out within 24 hours. They even returned to fix a previous issue with no charge, because they didn't feel right about leaving a potential issue.

They've consistently gone above and beyond, with wonderful customer service, and fair pricing. I can't say enough good things, I know I'll be suggesting them whenever anyone asks about HVAC.

The employee that I encountered today does know how to drive, they blocked the gate into private community and once I gain access into community they cut me off an speed through the gate. There signs posted no tailgating so they can't read either

Such a great and easy experience from beginning to end. The woman answering the phone was friendly and accommodating while scheduling the appointment. Then Todd came out and fixed an issue that 3 others before him could not. He explained everything he was doing and why. Mitchell Heating and Air is a great company and I will certainly use them for any needs in the future!

Had them re-do work that another company did on an install of an air handler which they put on the slab of a house built 10 feet off the ground. Mitchell's crew mounted it near the ceiling as it should have been done did a fantastic job. Later had them install and air handler and heat pump for upstairs and again they did a superb job. Now they do my annual check up on both. Great company.

My husband and I have been trying to reach this company for almost a week now via FB, phone, email, and now here for a warranty issue. We received one email saying their voicemail wasn't working properly but still no phone call. Maybe posting this review will get their attention that they're providing such terrible customer service.
