I just had an awesome experience with AGL. Matt, the technician, arrived to my residence promptly with a methodical approach to repairing my HVAC system. He was forthcoming and professional. AGL has been my go to HVAC company for the last 15 years. They keep my units perfectly tuned and in great working order so there is never any emergency calls. Professional, reliable and responsive! I would recommend to anyone looking for a dependable HVAC to keep your system in top top shape!

Due to a cancelation they were able to get to me a few days earlier than scheduled. I was pleased with their initial assessment and glad they didn't come straight out and immediately try to sell me a new system. Prompt, thorough, friendly, and professional.

We used AGL heat and air to replace our 20 year old HVAC system. Ricky was able to present us with several different options that were all within our budget and we chose one that even offered a rebate from Dominion Energy. The job was scheduled for a week later. The technicians arrived on time on the scheduled day and went right to work. Within hours the old system had been removed and the new one installed. Both the technicians and Ricky were able to answer all my questions and explained all the features and safety devices of my new system. These guys left my home cleaner then before they started work and even replaced a few electrical and plumbing devices that needed replacing due to age.
Bottom line: These people know what they are doing and do an excellent job. AGL will now be my heating and air company for all my routine service needs.
If we’re still around in 20 years AGL will get the call to replace this system when it’s time.

The whole team at AGL has been wonderful from beginning to end - Becca scheduled us and got us in so quick, it was awesome and Joshua was our tech - beyond amazing! He was so patient in explaining everything to my husband and I. And he was extremely transparent and honest. Highly recommend!

Just bought a house in Charleston and moved from the west coast. We were tired and ready to rest but the A/C was out and it was way too hot. Jeremy came in, found the problem and fixed the problem VERY quickly. He is absolutely the man for the job. 10/10 would recommend Jeremy to anyone.
