Was a little nervous after reading reviews, but my service was great. Like others Flowertown was sent by my Home Warranty company. One quick visit to diagnose, and then returned the next week when parts arrived. HVAC system running well now.

It took 6 weeks to get a part in and then schedule a time to come. The air conditioner has worked 1 full day, then is broken again.

Had flowertown out last week to do a "A/C Tuneup/ Checkup" through my warranty company. They spent about 20 minutes and told me everything was good to go. Fast forward a week and my A/C is blowing 75 degrees in the house. Called flowertown back and they directed me they could do nothing and to call the warranty company back out. I submitted a new service request (and had to pay another service fee) and another hvac contractor was sent out. Upon arrival they immediately found the issue, the schrader valve on the refrigerant line was not seated and was audibly leaking through the cap. About 2.5 pounds of refrigerant had leaked out (which I needed to pay 250$ out of pocket to replace). This certainly was not leaking before as the A/C was working fine before the "Tune up". Flowertown showed no concern or remorse for this issue, and would not even come back out without me paying another service fee (and certainly a few days of waiting with no A/C). So I am stuck with an additional $375 in Freon/ service fees because Flowertown apparently cant even conduct a "Tuneup" without breaking your system. Stay away.

Our warranty company makes us use this company. 3 times, same issue and same results, AC freezing up. Last time he was here he had an attitude and let me know just how inconvenient it was to have to walk down our inside steps to the basement because I forgot to get a key from my husband. I got sick of paying the deductible and ended up hiring my own HVAC person. Had I know the coil was dirty it would have been cleaned a long time ago but he kept advising it was the same part going bad 3 times. We only bought this home 2 years ago so we had no idea that the unit has likely not been serviced in a long time or we would have paid someone to do that when we first moved it. As an HVAC company I would have thought if the same part keeps going bad you would think to try to find the root of that issue instead of charging a customer over and over for the samething.
I don't recommend unless you want an attitude with 0 results on fixing the issue.

American Home Shield sent them to my residence on an expedited claim. They came out on a Friday before noon and did not submit the paperwork to the warranty company. It is now Monday at 11:30 and the paperwork still has not been submitted. I was told the office has it and it would get to American Home Shield sometime today.

Updated review: They finally came to the house with a "broken out of the box part." I would assume an improper install on their part. They said there was nothing they could do and they would order a new part. I was told the part would be in the following Tuesday. I called for an update on Wednesday and received. Chris failed to return calls and messages. When I finally reached him, he said the part would be in on Friday and he would install it the following Tuesday. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

The company was sent to me by my home warranty. I was hesitant after reading the reviews. But they have come to my home twice now, once for a repair and once for general maintenance. They were on time, friendly, professional and cleaned up as they went along. The tech, Colby, was knowledgeable, shared tips to help keep everything running, sent a text and called when he was on his was and arrived when he said he would. I have no complaints and would absolutely use them again

This company is horrible. They have no clue how to do customer service. Kept getting still waiting on part for 4 months!!! And only got that response after asking. Definitely don’t use this company if you want an honest answer. They also tore up my A/C unit (with video proof) that i have to pay extra from another company to fix their mistakes. I also found a repair that was 10% cheaper. So high cost and poor customer service. Choose your company wisely. This company is definitely not the one.

We were referred to Flowertown from our Home Warranty and while purchasing a new HVAC unit is never fun, Chris and his team made the process go as easily as possible. Overall, we had a very positive experience.

Flowertown Heating and Air LLC was sent to my property by my home warranty company. A tech. responded to my home on 8/20. The company owner did not submit a claim to my home warranty company UNTIL 8/27! After seven days with no HVAC I was informed by my home warranty company that Owner Chris Forsythe did not submit the repair claim until 7 days after checking my HVAC system. Home warranty service denied the claim and Flowertown Heating and Air charged me $825 for a Thermal Expansion Valve replacement. The part was FREE and still under a manufacture warranty. I will NEVER use this company again and will NEVER recommend that their services be used. From reading other reviews that have been provided, this is a common practice by this company. Not worth one star. BEWARE
