Excellent service, excellent price!

We called "the big company" of Goose Creek first. They charged $79 for the home visit, said the bad HVAC wire was inaccessible, and quoted $950 for a new wireless thermostat.

Brian's guy came out to give a second opinion, which cost us $120, but he was able to fix the wire while there at no additional cost. (And his quote for a new wireless thermostat, if we choose to get one in the future, was $100 less than the big company's quote.) Thank you, Brian's Mechanical, for saving my family quite a bit of money!

I have known Brian since I worked at my last employment . The owner used Brian’s mechanical for his ac needs. From getting to know Brian he was very knowledgeable, honest, and trust worthy. He didn’t try to sell you anything that you didn’t need. I will never use anybody else. Brian’s mechanical is my ac people. As of May 10th 2023 I called Brian’s Mechanical on a Wednesday. I think her name is Alexis and she said she could have somebody out that day. I said no no because I was already at work at that time. I said let’s set it for Thursday morning. Alexis told me that they will be there between 8 and 10. Robbie ended up getting there right at 8 am. He checked everything out in the attic first, after about 20-30 mins I think he said there was a restriction somewhere and it was time to put our ac down. Robbie and I talked like we knew each other for years. As Robbie was leaving I asked him to just tell Brian give me a shout. Robbie told me he was on vacation, and then I said that it didn’t have to be while he was on vacation. Then about oh I don’t know probably 30 mins later Brian calls me while on vacation with the family at Disney World, that just goes to show you that Brian cares about his customers. That to me shows me, he has loyalty and dedication. Then later that day I started talking to Eddie about getting me a new unit. He gave me some good advice about the two new units. Eddie gave me some really good information. Eddie was very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. Since he installed my new unit I haven’t touch the thermostat. I love my new Bosch unit. I LOVE BRIANS MECHANICAL AND THE WHOLE STAFF. They did an outstanding awesome job.
