I went in today to start looking for a kitchen sink and faucet and was helped by the designer Debbie! Could not say enough good things about her services today! She is so knowledgeable about everything in their gorgeous showroom, and was super honest about what would be best in my space! She is a no BS kinda gal, and I loved her for it! I came out so confident in what I ordered from Gateway, and can’t wait for it all come together! Definitely go here for all your plumbing/HVAC needs and ask for Debbie, she will get you squared away!

The customer service that we received was awesome. The attention was focused on us finding out what we wanted and were looking for in bathroom hardware. Then the best part was I gave her a budget and she was going to try to stay within it. I definitely will be going back and buying from there.

Spent about 30 minutes looking. Gateway has a fairly large show room with lots of options. Elizabeth was a huge help. Will definitely be going back.

Visited today. The lady in charge understood which parts I am looking to replaced, got it and validated it, explained to me the installation, I paid and went on my way in less then 15 minutes. Super professional!

Elizabeth was so helpful and easy to work with. I was dreading picking out stuff(I have no decorating skills) and she made it so easy.

Excellent help from the staff there. Very nice product mix and they had stock, which is hard to do right now.

Their counter sales staff are properly trained and great to deal with. We look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Been laying pipe for 20 years and these guys come through EVERY time. Whether it’s same day deliveries, bringing in stock, customer service... these guys (and ladies) always go above and beyond. Not to mention that Bradley is one sexy dude. 😂

The Lexington SC store is a great place to do business. They are honest and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them.
