Mr B's has great service and response time. They fit me in this morning and it was a huge relief to have my air conditioner fixed so quickly. They know what they're doing and the prices are fair. I recommend them whole-heartedly.

Lance was amazing. He came out when our a/c wasn't dropping below 84 when it was getting close to 100 degree weather last week. He was extremely knowledgeable, and not only answered our questions but didn't mind making sure we understood why we needed to get a particular thermostat over others. He was also quick to stop back by when we had got it to install it for us. Great guy, great prices, will definitely be calling again if anything comes up.

Called Mr. B’s in a bind. First time we’ve ever used them. Lance and the crew were very responsive and treated us like we had been customers of there’s for years. Repair was correct and was a great price considering the extent of the repair. Highly recommend.

I called Lance at 11:00 and he was able to fit me in and was at my house by 12:30 and had the AC fixed in 30 minutes. I was stood up by another HVAC company and Lance took care of me. He is a very honest and fair business man and I would recommend him and his business to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Mr. B's heating was by far the best service I've used. I initially tried using 2 other major companies. Each one lied to me and told me my entire heating system needed to be replaced and wanted to charge between $4900 and $6000. I used Mr. B's service. Not only did he find the issue (which was small), he fixed it, did not over charge me, and cleaned my entire system, making it inspection cleared. There are good people out there with pure hearts. I tipped him about 40 percent of what he charged me. Worth it. Thank you, Mr. B. I'd recommend his services to everyone!

Very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Came out on a cold Sunday when our home heat wasn’t working. Quickly diagnosed issues with gas furnace and heat pump system and had us back up and running. Will definitely call him again, and highly recommend to anyone looking for HVAC repair.

Got home from work this evening and the AC was not working. It was reading 86°. Looked outside and I saw the fan was not spinning. Called Mr. B’s at 6 o’clock this evening to see when he’d be able to come and look at it for me he will arrive within 10 minutes. The capacitor and the motor were both blown. He had both in his vehicle and repaired the unit within 45 minutes. Very dependable honest and reasonably priced. Will be my AC man going forward. Might I add this happened Friday evening before the Fourth of July. Very grateful and loyal customer.

Lance is a great relationship. He thinks of your money as his and doesn't ask you to spend for what is unneeded. I strongly recommend him. He is a great person as well and listens. Won't use anyone else. If you are looking for a partner, use Lance. Great on emergency calls.
