My technicians were Will and his brother. Both men greeted me very kindly on first impression. They were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They installed a beautiful unit that was up and running in no time. I received multiple quotes from different companies and Quality plus by far was the most Affordable and the bang for your buck. With there warranty I feel very confident they made a life long customer. Jerry Whitfield made my whole ordeal very smooth and was able to move my appointment up by a week because he knew I was completely without A/C and for your GOT fans in SC, Summer is Coming...

I highly recommend Quality Plus Heating & AC! I had two complete air conditioner units and two complete gas furnaces replaced (separate units for upstairs and downstairs). Excellent service, excellent price, and professional results! The staff took their time and did it right. Outstanding job with the installs. Will (the owner's son) also personally inspected the work and fixed a few items that weren't up to his standards. A true locally owned business with great people. Definitely worth 5 stars!

I had a Mitsubishi Mini Split installed in a renovated room over my garage. Mr. Jerry stopped by twice during the planning and construction phase to answer my questions and make sure I had all the information I needed to prepare for the install.

On the day of install, Will, Robbie and Scott showed up on time and ready to go. They talked me through what to expect and answered questions as they worked. Will made sure I was happy with the appearance of the install and also that I had the information I needed to get the best service from my unit. They supplied all the information for me to send for the rebate and made sure I was happy with the install before they left.

The unit is so quiet I can hardly hear it run. If you have HVAC needs, do yourself a favor and give Quality Plus a call. From Tammy emailing me to make sure I had all the quotes together to make my choice of unit, to Jerry stopping by to make sure we were on the same page with regards to installation preparation, to Will doing a top notch job getting things installed and running, this has been a smooth process. These are good people, no frills or double talk, who are there to make sure you as the customer are happy at the end of the day.

Quality Plus, what a great Heating and Air company! They have installed 2 units for me and they helped my get the SCE&G financing which made it all more affordable! It is great to know that they will come out anytime you need them to fix a problem. They are honest and very knowledgeable, easy to talk too! Reasonable prices! We have a maintenance contract with them also, great value.

Quality Plus Heating & AC have been our service providers for over 20 years. We’ve always had prompt and efficient service whether it was a scheduled maintenance or an emergency outage. Recently we had a completely new system installed in our home. The recommended system they installed has been heaven sent. Robbie and Will were so easy to work with. The left our home with their work areas so spotless it was hard to tell they had been there working most of the day. With us having 4 seasons in a single week we are still always comfortable. I needed my heating and air unit converted from propane to natural gas . I called Jerry and within a couple of days he and his team had me converted and ready to go. These guys do excellent work and clean up the work area so well you hardly know they were there. Jerry not only walked me through every step of the project he also called the utility company and coordinated getting inspections done and having them set their meter and getting me going. I did not have to anything ,he took care of everything. I bought my unit from Jerry and every time I have needed service he has been prompt and professional. I called for a tech to come look at my system and was able to have someone come out the same day. The tech that came out, Frankie, was polite and courteous and did not give up when we were both stumped on what was going on. He didn't try to up sell me items I didn't necessarily need and was able to fix the issue without having me buy those items. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has heating/air issues. I know if I experience any issues here or in a future home in Columbia, I will be giving them a call.

I cam home from work on Friday evening to discover that my AC was not working. I called Quality Plus and Jerry called me back that evening and came by Saturday morning to see if he could get my unit running again. However, the compressors were bad and I needed to have a new unit installed. Jerry called me again on Monday morning to see if he could get some air flowing in my house and to see if he could get it too cool off any. Again, he was unable to get my unit working. That morning, he sent me the cost to have a new unit installed and set a time and date as well. Quality Plus was there when they said they would be there and were very professional. After my new unit was installed, Jerry contacted me to see how everything went and if his workers were up to my standards for installing and cleaning up afterwards. Quality Plus did an amazing job and followed up every time I had a question. They also showed up when they were supposed to. I will definitely recommend them to others and will continue to use them.

After our AC went out Quality Plus was recommended to us by an employee at Lowe’s. We called Jerry and he gave us a time he would be able to come look at it. He arrived on time, fixed the issue and the price was way more affordable than I was expecting. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
