Wilson Heating & Cooling

Wilson Heating and Cooling has responded quickly both times I have called them in a pinch. Shawn saved me from melting in my own house when an electrical surge took out the fuses on the power box to my AC unit on a weekend. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called for an estimate, and Shawn even came out on a Saturday due to my limited time off.
He was very professional, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable abt the industry, and was to the point in discussing all my options. He spoke in lay terms that were understandable, which I appreciated. I had had other services I had to ask "pls speak in terminology I can understand. All in all, great experience, and will use them in future!

Great experiences with them both times I have had them come to my home. First time was for routine checks and maintenance, second time was for A/C not working, which turned out to be a failed capacitor. Really went above and beyond, not only identifying and fixing my problem, but also helping me to review, explain and address some warranty issues I had, and gave me some practical solutions to address a few cold/hot spots I had in my house, and probably more that I am not thinking of right now. Couldn't have hoped for better service.

I've had the pleasure of working with Wilson's for over thirty years. Their service from day one has been exemplary. I'll be with them for another thirty. I'd recommend them to anyone. That's how good they are.

I called @ 8:30 and the Technician Derek was at the house by 10:30...great response time. Derek was very professional, checked the AC unit had the house kool in 40 minutes...highly recommend anyone to call for service.

We were very impressed with Mary the dispatcher with her customer service. Also, the technician Drew was very professional and explained what he was doing and kept us informed.

Derek and Mary did well by me. Prompt and efficient service. I only wished I could have had a two to four hour window so I could have gotten something done away from home also on my day off.

I called and they came out the next day. They worked in the rain, and every time they had to come in the house they put on booties to make sure they didn't leave a mess. They were friendly and professional. Have been using them for years, and my father before me. Will definitely continue to use!
