Great service from beginning to end! When I called to to request service, the customer service representative went through some trouble shooting with me to ensure there wasn't a simple problem and she made sure tell me what to do so further damage wasn't done to my a/c unit. The technician was courteous and on time. The repair was completed quickly and the price was reasonable.

Wes was nice and very personable, but $315 for a 1/2 hour service to install a little piece of wire that an animal chewed is unbelievable. much too expensive for what was done! Very disappointed

As a 1st time customer I called last night in a panic when my AC quit working. Even tho it was after hours they responded right back, which I very much appreciated. They came this morning and got my unit back up and running. I couldn't ask for more.

Great service, on time, professional attitude. Also, their pricing is much better than any other AC company in Northeast Columbia.

He was very professional. They took into consideration my schedule and were able to get me in in a very quick and easy manner and everything was done pretty pretty well. The only issue I had was they were a little late.

The technician was in time and extremely professional. He took the time to explain everything to me along with some preventative maintenance tips for future reference. I feel they quoted a fair price for work done. Will recommend to anyone needing repair or maintenance! 10/10

Wes came to perform annual check on our aging HVAC system. He checked our split system to ensure that everything is functioning as it should and to check on a DIY repair that I made. He was great, knowledgeable, courteous, and explained what he was doing. I will call again for HVAC needs.

Chris and Rebecca sold me on their company with my first service call. Chris was honest and professional and made sure that I had all the information to make a decision on repair to my old unit to the point that I signed up for a maintenance package. They did all they could to keep my old unit running but were honest about how long it had left. When it was time to replace the unit, they gave me every option available and allowed me to make a smart decision. I purchased a new Daikin unit and felt comfortable with the purchase. As usual they were professional and offered great service and advice on what each option would provide for the cost. When it was time to install, they were on time and everything was done efficiently with very little disruption to our day. Their service tech Tim who helped me decide it was time to replace was awesome as well. I wouldn't dream of using anyone else. They have shown me and my family nothing but integrity, and professionalism at every turn. They are and will be my go to for any HVAC needs and I recommend them very highly.
