When my furnace recently malfunctioned, I was very pleased with the responsiveness from Air Pros and the quality of service by the technicians. Air Pros had a tech at my house within 24 hours and the tech quickly identified a non-functioning safety switch buried deep in the unit. After getting a new switch from their shop, the unit was quickly repaired. The cost was also reasonable. No complaints from me!

Anthony was awesome! Fixed the issue and made some valuable recommendations. Good office communication. I was so impressed I decided to sign up for yearly maintenance agreement. Glad to have found Air Pros to meet my HVAC needs!

Technician conducted annual heat system inspection. He was very thorough and detailed in his inspection of the entire system pointing out areas of concern. He provided information on causes with options to fix and repair areas of concern. Anthony was very professional and detailed in the inspection process. I used this company through Choice Home Warranty and was supposed to pay an $85 service call. Technician told me the bill was $290 and if I didn’t pay him he would take the thermostat and fuse back. Tech told me I was to pay it and get reimbursed from warranty company. Not TRUE!!! I was robbed and cut ties with the warranty company over it!

Buyer Beware. Avoid this company !!
