Their technician was too notch. Came to give me a quote and all on his own fixed my dryer vent for me that I didn't even know was pulled down. Their quote was multiple hundreds of dollars cheaper for an air conditioner replacement than their competitors. The office ladies are friendly and helpful. Just a great experience all around.

We've been using J&R for over 12 years for anything for service/tune up, to repairs when we've had issues. In total we've probably had them out 4-5 times over the past decade.
