Northside Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC

Northside recharged our system a few months ago and I had a great experience with them. Our AC unit froze up a few months later so I called Northside to check out our unit. Turns out there was a leak deep in the unit. They gave us options for repair or replacement. I appreciate how honest they were about the pros and cons for both. The entire time I never felt pressured to go with the new unit. In fact, Daniel could tell that I wasn't sure what option to take, so he voluntarily recharged our AC on his dollar to give us a few weeks to decide.

We decided to go with a a new unit because our old split unit was over 20 years old. They were able to install the unit the next week. The installation only took about 7 hours. My wife is VERY happy they finished the same day (especially in this heat wave). One of the things that most impressed me was Daniel's attention to detail, even in the smallest areas of the installation. Daniel and his guys are very friendly and take the time to give detailed simple explanation about any questions I had about the system. They also took the time to clean up the area very well before they left.

Highly recommended! Came out quickly on a freezing morning to fix our heating system, which was a huge relief with a newborn in the house. Very informative and professional. I knew what he was working on the whole time and I didn’t feel like he was trying to up-chargel or upsell.

Northside was great! They were easy to communicate with, transparent about their pricing, and incredibly efficient!
They allowed us to do some communication via text message and worked around our schedule to come out the same day as our call. They also coordinated together to get the parts needed quickly without delaying the repair.
Overall, we would recommend them for being both professional and easygoing!

Daniel was amazing. I hired him to install Nest thermostats in my home and when they got here I told him about my units and how my bill seemed a little high and they went above and beyond to figure out the problem. They were extremely precise and got to the bottom of my issues in no time flat. They installed two nest thermostats and were very patient in explaining the process and making sure everything was working correctly and I understood how use it. I highly recommend their services and I will definitely be using them in the future.

This company was amazing! Daniel and his guys were so attentive to our needs and always professional. They were always on time any time we needed our AC looked at. Once our rental company approved a replacement, they were there the next day and we have been freezing with our new unit and so happy!! So nice since it’s the middle of August and feeling like over 100 degrees outside. I would recommend them at any time in future. I really can’t say enough good things about this company and their staff!
