Pamela and Russell were great to work with. They quickly returned my phone calls and answered my questions. Worked in a timely manner to get my filter in as soon as they could. It's great to take a shower and not itch or smell like a swimming pool afterwards. The installers were great. I had them check a leak and my pressure relief valve was bad. They were back in 2 days to replace that too.. Thank you all

Shady business practices, beware.

Rainsoft was restructuring or something, so this company helped them out by taking some of their customers. The first time they were scheduled to come out, nobody showed up, nobody called. The second time they were scheduled to come out, they brought the wrong bulb. They were given all the information from the bulb that we needed replaced before they were supposed to come, so I'm not sure how they managed to bring the wrong one. The third time they came, they actually brought the right bulb. Had the problems ended there, I'd be leaving a better review, but they didn't. The technician put the bulb in, which is a $130 bulb might I add, and told my husband that he would leave the old bulb in case anything went wrong. Should it go wrong? Weird, but okay, whatever. 2 months later, there is an error code saying "bad bulb" so my husband takes it out and puts the old bulb back in. This old bulb has lasted well over a year, but still needs changed, so we called these people to tell them about the error code and these people refuse to come out and fix the issue because of the fact that my husband did as the technician told him to and changed the bulb back to the old one. They're telling us since he touched it that they will not come and fix this issue unless we pay, even though their employee told us to do this, which was weird in the first place. I'm starting to think that they knew this bulb was near the end of it's life span for him to tell us this. Seems like a technician should know that their company won't fix an issue with their work if the customer messes with something, so the whole situation is really odd to me. Now if we want them to fix the problem, we will have to pay another $133 for a new bulb. Rainsoft won't fix it either since they weren't actually the ones to do the work, but they did say that this company would be reimbursed for the bulb either way and doesn't understand why they will not fix this problem.

Happy is an understatement! I am amazed and grateful for the team at Southern Energy Water & Air! Our water had transformed our daily life. It taste clean, no more nasty clogged aerators, and we are using less soap! From start to finish, the whole experience was very smooth, positive and painless! Thank you SEWA!!!!

We had a Rain Soft soft water system put in last May. Southern Energy's rep was excellent, knew his stuff, and answered our many questions thoroughly, without sales pressure The installation was smooth and efficient, and the crew accommodated my requests for relocation of the units without a fuss. Our later inquiry regarding an aspect of system operation was handled professionally and quicker than any company I've ever dealt with. They continue to check in with us to make sure everything suits us. We highly recommend Southern Energy!

We recently had the water purification system set up in our home. We are loving it so far! Tons of people have asked us if are happy with the system and can notice any differences. We definitely have noticed positive changes and are very happy with this investment! It was fantastic working with this company and its team members. They walked us through each step before they performed a task and explained to us everything that they were doing and how the system works. Pam was incredibly helpful and was able to work with us to address all of our individual needs and concerns! She truly eliminated any worries that we had. We are very grateful to her and her amazing team!

I just recently had the Rainsoft system installed in my home and could not be happier with the service I received. The young men who came and installed the system were great and answered all my questions. Their customer service people have been great. When I had a concern about a pipe I noticed that had been cut, they sent someone out to look at it and even though it wasn't something they had done, they capped the pipe for me. I highly recommend them for their service and product.

Tommy and Sheridan reconnected our system. Excellent service. No complaints from me, just top of the line folks wanting to help you. We're calling Chattanooga for our water filtration system needs above and beyond anyone.

As of right now..... I would suggest trying BRITA because Rainsoft seems to be making the dealer pay for our parts that are supposed to be "Lifetime warranty" and I need to pay for some of it.

There is no way you should have a $6,000 - $7,000 system installed, malfunction from the start and now want to charge you to replace one of the defective parts.

Everything else is good so far, but if this is NOT dealt with, this review will remain and you can message me through Facebook and I'll give you the lowdown on this Rain Soft system that some people love and some people like me, love it but tired of the constant issues with it. Their WiFi system on the EC5 needs to be revamped because we never have connectivity to our system like told. Research BRITA, maybe it's better.

As far as Tommy and Sheridan, hope I spelled those right, A+ in my book! Respectful professional and will have them out again and next time I'll pay for your lunches! My problem is with "Rainsoft" and NOT you guys. Thank you for everything you did for us.

This REVIEW has nothing to do with Southern Energy (SEWA), my bark is about Rainsoft making it right. I sold my house in January and did NOT want to go to a new home without my "BETTER WATER"

EDIT / update: President of Southern Energy just called. Good conversation and we'll get to the bottom of this. Moral of the story, keep with the good companies that want your business, like Southern Energy... don't let bigger companies take advantage of you when their part was defective from the start and always had problems, like Rainsoft. Apparently a great water filtration system but where's the EC6? EC5 has been around for a long time! Apparently the EC4 is much better and older. If it's not broke, don't fix it. If you're doing "updates" - test it and test it some more. EC5 has major issues and the WiFi is a major issue.

Thank you Southern Energy for your business, I would highly recommend Chattanooga and surrounding residents to work them.

They have great customer service. We were having some problems with the water after the installation so we called them and they immediately came to fix it. After that problem the water was amazing. We have seen a major difference with our laundry and dishes, so we have really been enjoying it.

Wow - I truly cannot say enough great things about this company. After building our home, we learned that we we had excessively high calcium and sodium in our well water - to the point it was undrinkable. Results so bad that the lab at UGA had never seen anything like it. After talking with MANY companies, we selected Southern Energy not only on their product & price, but their high customer service ratings. We could not be happier we did that!! While there was one hiccup early on that we were misinformed by a newly hired technician that the product would solve our water, and unfortunately it didn't (at least not at 100%, but there are very drastic improvements and our water is now drinkable!), the owner took us on as his personal clients. He was on endless phone calls with me, my husband, water experts and the makers of Rain Soft! He has worked with us for over a YEAR on finding a solution to our water problem. OVER THE TOP care and customer service!!! He even made a 6 hour drive to our home in GA to personally see the Rain Soft filter in action and make improvements. He asked for nothing in return!! I cannot say enough wonderful things. We are truly blessed we chose a company that cares as much as they do, not only about their quality products, but the people who purchase them. THANK YOU SOUTHERN ENERGY!!!!
