One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Clarksville

We had an issue with our downstairs unit not working and one-hour sent Mr Joel Scott out to us to service the AC unit. He was very professional, kind, and, charismatic, making us feeling at ease during the entirety of the experience. Issue got addressed within a timely manner. If you want an amazing technician, request for Mr.Joel!!!

I believe Dmetry did a good job for One Hour. He is very pleasant and helpful.
The staff at One Hour were professional and easy to deal with when I rescheduled my appointment. I wish their carpentry people had time to help me with my privacy fence gate.
I will probably call them again.

They've done my plumbing, they helped me with leaks, and now they're working on my air-conditioning. Always great service from beginning to end and they were able to see me same day on a hot summer afternoon. A little pricey, but you get what you pay for and they always guarantee their work. I went ahead and bought a membership.

I was so grateful for the quick service when our unit was having issues. The administrator on the phone was super nice and helpful and gave me plenty of options to schedule the repair. Our technician was on time and very quick with his assessment and repair. He even gave us a few pointers for keeping things running smoothly. I definitely recommend their subscription program for keeping everything maintained and to catch potential issues quickly. We did this at our old house and it helped us so much!

Jesse and Thomas were my servicemen and they both were AWESOME!! Honest, friendly, helpful and very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC services.

I am surprised, I read his review and thought he is gonna fix my HVAC cooling system, I paid $ 109. 00 coz it was on weekend, He told me my compressor was old and need a replacement and gonna cost almost 2k to 2500, I gave another try with Douglas Heating & Cooling. They came and recharged my unit in cheaper than what I paid to One hour Heating & Air conditioning. 😡 I wasted my $109 for just come and look at my unit and almot replaced my unit which not supposed to get replaced.

Had a great experience! David was on time and very polite. I know nothing about HVAC but I feel that he explained everything in a way that even I could understand. Quick and simple. Would recommend!! ☺️

Came home to it being over 80 degrees upstairs, I called them and paid the extra few bucks for them to come immediately and they were here within 90 minutes! David was very nice and fixed our unit in 10 minutes flat! It was a simple fix and I was very happy with the service

Contacted them at around midnight via their website to set an appointment. They called me the following morning on a Sunday at 0730, and had a technician out here by 09/0930. Technician arrived and was professional, discussed what the issue was and what history if any work was done on our system prior. Able to identify a leak we suspected, provided and estimate cost on what parts/labor/turn around time would be before moving forward. Scheduled us a future appointment and anticipated dates to get done.

UPDATE: Cody was able to get the repair part the following day and they called to schedule an appointment. We scheduled the appointment and Cody came out the following day to install the repair piece and got everything running within two hours. I'm extremely satisfied on how quick, professional, and thorough he was. AC has been working great and it's covered with a two year warranty to put me at ease. Overall I'm satisfied and would definitely recommend them for future services.

Very fast, very efficient. Explained what the problem was and multiple reasons why it could fail for future reference. He didn’t just fix the problem, he checked everything to ensure there was nothing else bad that could happen. Very through. It was much appreciated. Definitely recommend Joel and the company. Other companies wouldn’t send someone out for a few days. He came next day after a busy shift.
