We have had 2 great experiences with At Home Heating and Air! Bert was the technician that serviced our systems both times. Once he found an electrical issue and was able to replace it for aftermarket part for 1/3 of the price as a new one and also had it in stock. The other issue he replaced an starter and helped troubleshoot some other issues pertaining to the condensate draining issue we were experiencing. He was a wealth of knowledge and worked quickly and efficiently while explain what he was doing along the way.

The dispatcher responded to my afterhours call with in 15 mins of the office opening in the morning. They did have a busy schedule but worked with me on a time would be best for my family.

The technicians work on salary and not commission so Bert pointed out a few thing just to watch and take note of. No hard upselling. He was honest and when through the advantages and disadvantages of each case.

I feel comfort in knowing At Home Heating and Air will be my HVAC contact for years to come.

Fantastic service. We were on the schedule for the day after I put in a service call, but a spot opened up and they were at my house the same day within a couple of hours of calling. Repairs were quick and the prices fair. Will be recommending At Home to friends.

Bert and Luke repaired a faulty sensor and went above and beyond expectations to clean, inspect, and test everything. They checked for leaks, carbon monoxide levels, and mantle temperature. They also gave me a refresher on pilot lighting and operating tips. And their price was very reasonable.

Provided the most detailed solution to my HVAC problems (Airflow & AC condenser that had reached the end of it’s life) that I had with my 32 year year old Trane system. System installation in April’22. Arrived on time and completed the work on time. Our HVAC system has worked better than I could have expected. I previously used window units to augment my AC, I no longer need those. Bert has provided assistance after the install when I decided to add additional temp sensors to the thermostat system. Thanks Bert and the At Home team.

No wonder people raved about this company. Bert Smith and his wife (Camie) shown how a neighborly company is really about. Their customer service is really top notch. They are very courteous, friendly, punctual, and professional at the same time. When they say they'll come within a time period, Bert will actually come within the first 15-30 minutes of the time agreed. His wife handled the appointment and request calls, and she always give me some simple instructions first that I could do without a professional help (like checking air filter, clean the outside unit, etc), to make sure that I really need to spend $$ by calling the professional help. After the first filling up the coolant didn't last for us anymore and we have to change our unit (it's an old one that's been phasing out by end of the year, we've just been prolong it as far as we could), Bert gave us another free coolant (worth over $160) to give us more time to decide what we would do (change the whole unit or part of it, or else). I never feel any pressure and always very pleasant dealing with them. The new unit price is also of great value and our friends were amazed we could get that price for such a great quality AC brand unit. Totally highly recommended this company for all my AC and heating issue!!

Bert Smith went over and beyond any expectations I had for HVAC repair. He was courteous, professional, and timely. He also patiently explained ways to troubleshoot my old heater and offered to go out of his way to search for a part too old to order. He’s earned our business for as long as he’s servicing the area.

I do not have enough praise for At Home Heating and Air. Bert and his team are extraordinary people. They are kind, smart, friendly and always professional. When Bert came out to give us a quote, I felt like I made a friend. He also installed a home purification system on our unit that made my and my daughters allergies go away, made the home smell fresher and protects against viruses. I wish every company had the heart and character as At Home Heating and Air.

We had only been living in our new home for a day when we discovered our upstairs AC unit wasn't working properly. After calling At Home Heating and Air on Saturday, we had a technician at our home first thing Monday morning, on Labor Day as a matter of fact(would have been Sunday but the weekday service call was less expensive)! Bert was professional and courteous every step of the way! From the initial phone call all the way up to payment at the end! Great price for the repairs we needed and excellent customer service!
