I have never experienced such poor quality service from an HVAC company. All that needed to be done was heating maintenance and they couldn’t even do the smallest task. My biggest complaint is that the company has values of not caring about their customers and they’re so rude when handling business. Whoever runs this company obviously shares the same values of being rude. Would not recommend this business to my worst enemy.

When I initially contacted them I gave specific details on what I needed "a Commercial Tech for my 15 tons Commercial unit" they sent a Residential Tech, they eventually sent a commercial tech. I asked what the Trip charges and Hourly
charges was would be, and when the Tech finished they him another price. CAN BE TRUSTED...the TECH did a great job of solving my problem, and I appreciate him so much!!!

Our a/c unit stopped working around midnight so at 7am I called a well known company and set up an appt. They said the technician would call shortly to let us know when he was coming. Long story short 3 hours later no one contacted me and the people answering the phones at the call center said they still couldnt estimate how long it would be.

I canceled with them and called Roy May Heating and A/C. Even though they weren’t open weekends they had a technician come anyways and mentioned multiple times before coming that it would be time and a half for labor which we said was fine. The technician said he would be here in an hour and he was. He had a mask ready on arrival which was reassuring. He was kind, quick and efficient. He explained the issue and replaced the capacitor.

He was in an out in less than an hour so I will definitely be using their company for our hvac in the future. I definitely recommend them, especially to anyone who has been mistreated by a larger company that doesnt care about anything but money.

Roy May knows HVAC! They were in our home several days to reconstruct a flawed, year-old system that had no return in the master, incorrectly sized refrigerant lines between the condenser and the air handler, and a furnace that was dangerously installed in the attic! Their estimator was in our home (the attic) for over an hour evaluating the issues, and sent a quote with a logical scope of work within a day or two. Their technicians are craftsmen!!! The changes to our duct will last 40 years! If you want balanced heat and cool, call Roy May! We trust these guys! I'd bet money our electric and gas bills will go down, as we now have an HVAC system running efficiently in our home!

Been using Roy May for 20 years. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service provided by the person answering the phone. Have had them out 4 times for the same issue over the last few weeks and it is still not fixed.

I will only use Roy May for all my future HVAC needs. They were on time, professional, fair on the price, and extremely honest. Truly, the best HVAC company in the area.

First of all no one seems be answering their phone number. Secondly, the lady we spoke to on the phone was extremely condescending and rude. The technician who came to our home was speaking to all of us in a very condescending manner and left without giving any updates. This is the worse experience we’ve had with any company and is unacceptable. We will not be using their services and won’t recommend them to others either.

Extremely rude and unprofessional, from the lady we spoke to the phone to our technician. Technician entered the home without a mask on which he has to be reminded about. He then left without giving an update on anything. He was extremely rude short and inconsiderate. We will not be using this service

Very reliable company that has existed for much longer than competitors. They provide much higher quality service than that of other HVAC contractors.
