Mark responded quickly to a message left on the weekend. He was prompt for our appointment and does a good job for a reasonable price. He is also very personable.

Showed up an entire day early. Great prices. Super friendly staff and had my AC fixed so quickly. Will definitely use them again!

After trying for 3 weeks to get somebody to come look at my unit without any luck, I called this company after hours and left message. The next morning Mark, the owner, called me and I told him my problem. He told me he would be right over and see what parts he would need before going to another scheduled job. He said He had the parts and would do it right now and about an hour later he had my problem fixed, but he didn’t stop there and went inside to make sure all of the items running off propane worked. He did not leave until he was sure he had taken care of me without any added charges. He is fair, honest, highly skilled and professional. This is now my “go to” company for all my HVAC needs. Highly recommend him.

When I called, they answered the phone right away. They were able to come out the very next morning to fix my heating system. I would 100% recommend this company, they were quick, efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable!

Old AC unit exploded at 0200 in the morning on a home I just purchased. Called Stewart County Heating and Air promptly at 0800 when they opened and they came out same day to do an assessment and quote. Within 48 hours they removed the old unit, put in a brand new one and gave me 10 year warranty on the unit and 1 year on labor and service (options to extend labor with periodic maintenance which is a great deal). Techs were all professional, smart, honest, polite, and went beyond what is necessary to make sure that the new unit will last. Veteran owned (provides discounts to Military also) and knowledgeable. Great to know that there are companies like this in Dover where Vets can take care of Vets. This is now my go to company for anything they are able to do and I will recommend them to anyone who needs help.

These guys are great! They have been servicing our equipment for years ! They always come right away and fix the problem as quickly as possible. They understand we can’t be with out our equipment because our product will literally melt. Super fast, friendly and fair with their pricing! We love them!
