Cloud's Heating & Cooling

I was told my HVAC had a bad control board by my usual repair company. There was not a control board available anywhere in the area and the part was backordered from the company and no idea when it would be available. My only option for heat (it was 28 degrees last night) was a new $8,000 unit. I called Cloud's and explained my situation. He made some calls and came up with a control board. It was installed along with another part and I was back in business! He is a real troubleshooter! So glad I gave him a call and I will use him from now on!

Curt called me back on Saturday night and came to my house on not just a Sunday, but on Father’s Day. He fixed the problem very quickly and I am so grateful!!

He did and recomment the best way to me how to continue to use to thay unit ! Thks Curt alot , have a good one .

He is very dependable especially in an emergency situation. Two times our HVAC has broke down, two different problems. Both times Curt has come out on a Saturday. He had us back up and cooling in no time. Repairs are way cheaper than a new unit! And with fast dependable service it just makes sense.

I've used Curt at Cloud Heating and Cooling for a bunch of HVAC related issues. We had 1 of 2 units replaced when we first moved into our house; the price for the new unit was very fair and we found Curt to be very helpful and honest. We have had him come back to work on other problems related to the older second unit; again he has always been helpful and honest. He is always responsive and is accurate at diagnostic. You can't beat an expert who is also honest and priced well. We will keep using Cloud and I would definitely recommend him.

Curt and James are my go to HVAC men. They do great work at a reasonable price, and treat me like family.
