When it comes to heating and cooling solutions, nothing is more important than finding a company that you can trust. Which is why I am excited to write this review to tell you about my experience with Solace, and how they installed a one and a half ton AC unit in my two car garage/home gym.

I remember when I first reached out to Solace; I was unsure of what I needed and how to make it happen. As someone who has had to deal with poor customer service with other companies, I didn’t know what to expect. From the moment I contacted Solace, I felt relieved. Rebecca who answered the phone was attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. I was then directed to Tyler, who came to give me a quote. Tyler was like working with a long time friend that I had known forever. He took his time to explain everything, answering my questions thoroughly until I was satisfied.

Throughout the whole process, Tyler worked with me to make sure that my needs were met. He listened to my concerns and suggested several options to make it easier and less stressful on me. He also offered advice about maintenance and upkeep, which I found very helpful. It was clear to me that Tyler was passionate about his job and helping customers like me achieve the best possible indoor air quality.

When it came to the installation process, the team at Solace did not disappoint. From Rebecca, who did the scheduling at the office, to TJ, the general manager, and the installers, Matt, and Tyler, everyone made sure that I was a happy customer. They arrived on time, dressed professionally, and were respectful of my home. Matt and Tyler were incredibly efficient, and they finished the installation within the time frame they promised. They also took care to explain everything they were doing, which helped me understand the process better.

Overall, my experience with Solace was outstanding. They went above and beyond my expectations, and I can’t recommend this company enough! If you’re looking for a trustworthy and reliable company to provide you with heating and cooling solutions, Solace Heating and Air Company is the way to go. From the quote to the installation, their customer service is exceptional. I am confident that if you decide to work with them, you won’t be disappointed.

Solace services our units every six months and are always professional and on time. This last service call was for a unit that was 19 years old and no longer cooling. They gave us several options, we decided to replace with a new unit and they were out with a new unit and had it replaced within 36 hours. The installers were very professional and had the job completed by the early afternoon. They left everything clean and neat. I highly recommend Solace and would also recommend the maintenance package to have units serviced every six months. It has helped our units last longer and kept small problems from becoming big problems.

The crew performed flawless service (I got two new systems) on time. They were courteous, skillful and respectful. They answered all my questions with patients and made sure that I was totally satisfied with the work.

I needed a new thermostat put in my home & was very impressed with Nick Panucci from Solace Services, Plumbing Heating & Air who came to put one in for me this past Tuesday. There were days that we felt like we were at the North Pole. Nick was very polite & after putting the thermostat in, he went over everything to make sure I understood it. Can’t thank him enough for taking the time to go over everything.& to answer any questions I had.

Service technicians were very nice and explained everything they were doing. Minor repair needed which they handled quickly/efficiently. Looking forward to them handling my H&A needs in the upcoming year(s).

We had an issue with one of our units not cooling. We have a pug so that’s a huge issue lol. Rob was dispatched and was super friendly, on time, efficient and also a pug owner ❤️. Very thankful for the great customer service and fast service. He pointed out that we still had warranty which was a blessing!! We are back to cooling in the house. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I worked with Tyler Myers and from start to finish he was so helpful and worked to give us a great experience. My wife and I are truly grateful. If you are in need these folks are fantastic.

We just had our HVAC system replaced by Solace Heating and Air Conditioning. The team of installers, Tyler, James and Justin did a fantastic job. Our system was about 20 years old, and we wanted to replace it before the summer heat. We had a problem with air flow between rooms on our upper floors and the guys spent considerable time making sure the airflow was good to each room as well as installing the system in a professional manner. We have used Solace for our first floor HVAC system, and they always give us great service and competitive pricing.

They were able to send a technician out the same day I called. That rarely happens! Technician Robert let me know when he was on the way. He was so professional, explained everything he did, and then went above and beyond to ensure the unit was “healthy”.

I had a very good experience with this company. Our HVAC was not heating or cooling and a tech came out. He was nice and explained the problem and our options and we decided to bite the bullet and get a new unit. Another guy was out the same day to quote us and got a unit ordered. It was only about 2 business days and the installers came on time in the morning. It took them about 5 hours to install and everything seemed to go smoothly. We now have heat and air and the price seemed normal/reasonable. No complaints here.
