    STAY AWAY!!!! They installed our new HVAC unit last year and then this year the parts started breaking. My house almost caught on fire because they wouldn’t answer calls to come and fix a broken switch. Weeks later, they still won’t call us back. Our HVAC now has a leak. Thankfully, our new hvac company has been great and they’ve been fixing all of Bratcher’s mistakes.

    Quoted an excellent price,then disappeared. He did reply to my 2nd call with an emailed quote we had discussed before,then nothing. This was for bi-annual ongoing service,so longterm money in their pocket. I can't speak for his work,because he never answered the phone again or emailed,despite 3 calls and 2 emails telling him we were ready to move forward with him being our service man and doing a pm on the unit. So I wouldn't bother calling,they likely won't show up.

    The gas furnace in our rental house was not igniting and we didn't have any heat. Our landlord got us in touch with Billy and he was great. He made it out to our house as soon as he could and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 20 minutes. Billy was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend his services if you have any HVAC needs.

    I had a very wonderful experience with Bratcher Heating and Cooling. Billy was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to meet my needs. Billy had a great price comparable to other companies I had quote me. He was quick and respectable. I would recommend Bratcher Heating and Cooling to anyone.

    Billy does not answer his phone, and neither voice mail messages. I have been calling Billy, the owner at least three to four times every month since my new unit broke back in november of 2016. I do not know if he registered my unit for warranty from where he bought it. There is no sign of him being in business anymore. I am extremely disappointed of the never answering his messages. My unit only works on auxiliary heat and this past month my bill was 240.00 vs 125.00 for winter.
    I do not reccommend this business to anyone.

    Billy has done work for us for two years (installing a system at a rental and also servicing other systems). Has gone above and beyond and always been reasonably priced and honest. Highly recommend.

    Excellent service! He got to my house quicker than expected which was wonderful and fixed the problem quickly and a lot cheaper than I was expecting. I highly recommend Billy for your HVAC needs.
