My heat went out during one of our infamous spring cold spells. My home warranty company called M&A to have them service the call. Allen with M&A came that day, and had my heat working again in just a few minutes. I cannot express how nice and knowledgeable Allen was, and I will not hesitate to use them for my routine maintenance twice a year going forward. Thank you Allen, and M&A.

M&A has been great to work with when they have come to my home. Most recently my work used them and we once again have zero complaints. They were on-time and knowledgeable. Quick to diagnosis the issue and get everything fixed. Thanks yall.

I have used this company for quite some time. I was initially introduced to them through my home warranty. M&A came out to clean up the work of another company. I have used them since. Very thorough and willing to take the time to explain what they are doing! I am one who wants to follow and ask questions. Allen- was very patient and didn’t mind me asking questions to make sure I understood my system! This company is highly recommend.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I called at 4:30 PM, they were out by 7:30 A.M. the next morning (as promised) and completely repaired my system by 8:15 (with the parts on the truck). Great service and price. Highly recommend!!!!!

M & A is awesome! They scheduled a service call for the same day that I called them. They are a distance away, and the local companies in my immediate area don't even come out on the same day! Cole did an outstanding job and was very knowledgeable. He had my ac unit working better than it did when it was new! I will definitely call M & A again!

They have been the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. They were dispatched through our home warranty company and did not show or call on the day they were supposed to arrive. After a couple of weeks of Involving management with our warranty company they finally came. Two weeks later I got a call about not paying my bill with whom I had already spoken with Alan about because the warranty company was paying for it. They also sent info to M&A they would be paying. Then this weekend I had a threatening voicemail from Alan regarding my “bill” that I have not paid. Three times we’ve had the same conversation now. They are very unprofessional and do not communicate within their office. Every time we spoke, they never apologized and placed blame on our warranty company. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Cole was great! Very personable and answered lots of questions. He had run out of the refrigerant our unit needed, but rather than make us wait for another call, he went and got some and got us fixed up within the hour. Very easy to use our home warranty, too!

Very unprofessional. The worst service I have ever received. The first time they came to the house the unit was frozen and I had to schedule another appointment for them to come back. I was provided with an appointment time of 2 pm-5 pm. Around 4:30 pm I called to confirm that someone was still coming. I was told they were running behind and I would receive an update call. I did not receive a phone call and every time I called no one answered the phone or called me back. Finally around 7 pm someone called back and reported a tech was on the way. Still no one showed or answered the phone.

My home warranty provider had to send another company who informed me that when M&A went into the attic to check the unit, they did not put it back together. They still cashed the check as if they did a good job or completed the service. I was then informed by the warranty provider that M & A submitted a false diagnosis of a "rusty coil", which is not covered. However, that was not the case. The new company that was assigned to me also reported they often have to go behind M&A and correct issues.

Back in 2015 this company came out to my house and recommended we replace and old air handler (30+ years old). Okay fair. However, if they wanted to they still could have got it in working order. When they left, the handler would cut off and actually not heat or cool the house. I was going through home owners insurance, so of course they wanted a 4k job and recommended a brand new unit. When I told them we we're having issues, someone came out same day to "look" at the unit. Y'all he did the equivalent of a man looking under the hood when his car broke down and he good and well knows he ain't gonna find the problem or know how to fix it if he does. I found a company out of Murfreesboro for a second opinion and they said that while my unit was old and inefficient it still works. They changed a part out and noticed two wires that we're loose. If those wires would have touched it could have started a fire! I was frustrated then and still am. I'm only writing this review now because I was going through some old paperwork and saw the recommendations on the invoice and that got me upset all over again.

M&A was very quick to respond and address my AC concern. Their tech Cole called me, asked me several questions, and fixed my issue while I was out of town (I could control the thermostat from my phone). I wouldn't hesitate to use this company repeatedly. Very friendly, professional, and courteous.
