These guys are incredible. Burt is absolutely wonderful. I won't name names, but we were with another very recognizable company under a maintenance contract and their service was terrible. My wife said, "Don't send that young kid out here to fix our unit again because he does not know what he is doing." They kept sending him anyway!!! And then they send their salesperson to quote us a new unit!!! That was about four years ago. We fired them and found Burt and Air Masters. He fixed whatever was wrong for a very low price and basically worked himself out of a job. We never need him. We ended up selling that house last year and those AC units passed the inspection just fine. Be careful who you trust!!!

Burt and Anthony from Air Masters came to our home to clean up a mess left from another company working to reaparig our A/C and heating. They did an outstanding job, were very professional, at a reasonable cost. Check out the companies you home warranty company sends to help. We got burnt with the first company that cost time and money. Always ask for Air Masters!

Brian is terrific! Called Saturday morning and he was here by 11:30am. Great honest service. Only repairs what needs to be done and then makes suggestions for future needs.
