I would give 0 stars if I could. Had an issue with our HVAC and we got a new one from them about 4 years ago. They have had to come out and make repairs almost every year. They are now not returning phone calls and we had to get another company to come out and fix. Very unprofessional.

This company has great employees. Our experence started with Micheal he came and gave us a quote. Micheal was very proffesional, knowledge of what the type of unit our house would require. He took his time measuring and making sure everything would work. Then Jason and Tyler came to install the first phase of the ac unit. They where very proffesional and they worked very hard. They are very neat and cleaned up there stuff. They did a fabulous job putting in the ducts and vents. This company shows up when they say they are going to be at your house. Todays world that is a big plus when hiring a company. I will always use this company for any ac problems. They are dependable, honest, fair rates.

UPDATE! After Paying for the Unit and Owning it Two Years my condensate drain froze this weekend and kept tripping the overflow cutoff. I called Blue Water to see if it was a warranty item and was told no but for $90 they would come look at it. Really for $90 all you’ll do is look at it. Moral of the story:
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Even though they installed it, they are not responsible for not installing it correctly! The drain should have been insulated to prevent it from freezing!
Like most businesses nowadays once they have their money they are done with you as a customer unless they can charge you more money! Integrity Is Not part of their business model. Find a company that is willing to help their customers! This One Ain’t That Business!

Original Post: Lesson Learned! Air Handling Unit went out 2 weeks ago. Got several estimates but Blue Water had a competitive price and the best warranty. Their installers arrived on time and worked thru lunch and got it all installed in one day. Finally had heat after several nights of being cold. I’m well pleased with the work they did.

We initially contacted Blue Water Climate Control because our mini split unit quit blowing cold air. Other than this it was completely functional. On 6/15/2022, repair man Benjamin came out and assessed the issue. He told us it was the control panel that would need to be replaced-the most expensive part of the whole unit. When Benjamin left our home, the unit still powered on but it made a constant beeping. We felt this was due to something he adjusted in his assessment but since it wasn’t blowing cold air, we didn’t need to keep the unit on anyway and would have him address this when he came back out to repair. This unit was not a brand they carried the part for so they would need reach back out to us for pricing. We received a quote of $921.90 minus $125 for our initial diagnostic visit applied to it, totaling 796.90 additional for the repair. Because of the amount it took us a few days but we agreed to proceed with the repair and paid an additional payment of $400.00 as the deposit. The repair was schedule for 7/5/2022 with Benjamin again. Benjamin installed the control panel and now our indoor unit wont power on at all. This unit has not been used since he left the first time so there has been no opportunity for something to occur outside of whatever changes he has performed. I told Benjamin we would not be making any further payment since our unit was not repaired and that I would like to speak with a manager regarding this situation and getting our deposit payment refunded. I understand that we should still be charged for the initial assessment – although I feel that is generous as they have not really done anything for us. Benjamin told me his manager Mike would be giving me a call. I patiently waited from Tuesday, 7/5/2022 to Monday 7/11/2022 with no contact from Mike so on Monday 7/11 I called at 2:15 and spoke with receptionist Shelly who told me Mike would give me a call back. By Tuesday 7/12, I had not heard from him so I called back again at 1:33pm and was given the same message. By Wednesday, I still had not heard from him so I called again at 11:04am and finally was transferred through to Mike. He told me they were having a meeting that afternoon and would be discussing so he would get in touch with me after the meeting. Once again I did not hear back from them so I called again on 7/14/2022 at 2:21pm and was told Mike had someone in his office and would be returning my call. I need a resolution to this because that area of my home is STILL without air conditioning in the middle of July. This is completely unacceptable.

Edit: After my 5th phone call, Mike finally returned my call and only offered to apply our payment towards the cost and installation of a new unit and nothing else. With our complete lack of confidence in this company we won’t be giving them another penny. Horrible experience all around except for the very kind office manager Shelly who answered all 5 of my phone calls with kindness.

We had Benjamin come out to take a look at our air handler in our crawl space that was sweating like crazy. He was quick, professional, and very personable. I enjoyed talking with him while he waited to confirm the problem was fixed before just leaving. I have used this company two other times and had good experiences and I love their automated dispatch.

Now ...after 2 years still having problems. Today I had to call someone because the shoddy splicing they did to the power supply came undone. Never use this company.

The experience was pleasant and transparent from beginning to end, from the service call to completion of service, and I appreciate them for their professionalism while also making me feel like a priority!

Excellent service by this company! Our first visit by them was a tech Michael, who was beyond excellent. He completed repair, cleaned our unit, and set us up with a maintenance contract. We were SO impressed with him! This followup visit for maintenance was great as well, so we have decided to set up a second contract with them for our vacation rental. Would highly recommend this company!

Couldn’t be any Happier! I’m so glad I went with Blue Water Climate Control. From the very first interaction with the dispatcher to the technician who came out, all the way to fantastic install crew who replaced my 22 year old package unit and redid my duct system. They have all been absolutely amazing. We plan to only ever use them and totally recommend them to anyone in need of any HVAC service.
