Bob Miller and his employees are top notch, very professional, and go the extra mile for their customers. I have been using him for over 5 years and have never had an issue. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

We have the heat go out on a rental property on Christmas Eve. Out of the 20 companies in Knoxville that I call Duo-Tech answered the call. They were responsive, honest, and dependable. I highly recommend them. You won't find better in town

Bob miller did my mother in law Barbara whisman very wrong took 5000$ cash from her her unit never worked from the beginning never gave her a receipt and refused to called my wife a bi*** for defending her mother and called my mother in law a bi*** too very dirty man

This company got out here quick the gentleman they sent was so nice so polite so knowledgeable very efficient had the extra part we needed on the truck in stock I would highly recommend

Okay so Bob told my mother barbara whisman it was 5000$ to fix the whole unit ac heat and everything, well they had to come out multiple times he refuses to give my mother a receipt well Bob does our unit is messed up once again he refuses to let us talk to Daniel and said he is the owner not Daniel Bob is very mean and unprofessional if he really fixed the whole heating and ac unit why is it still messing up and you refuse to give my mother a receipt the way you do and treat people will come back on you daniel if you see this please get ahold of my mother barbara whisman bob refuses to let us talk to you
