A few years ago, a friend of ours recommended Elite Heating and Cooling, and I am so glad we contacted them. Owner Chris Waddell continues to exceed our expectations. He not only replaced our coil, but made sure it was covered by the manufacturers warranty. The AC was here when we bought the house in 2014, and I would have never even thought it was still under warranty. But Chris did think about it, and it saved us hundreds of dollars.

This past Sunday (Mother's Day) our AC stopped working. I texted Chris to see if he could possibly fit us in on Monday. He responded immediately and told me to contact him in the morning, for an updated ETA. On Monday he did some troubleshooting with me (via text) and I discovered a breaker had tripped. Chris told me to contact him if that didn't solve the problem. Later that day, we realized that the problem was more complicated than an electrical breaker. I texted Chris at 7pm and he said he would be there the next day. He is a man of his word, because he fit us into his busy schedule and diagnosed the issue quickly.

The big AC companies would NOT answer calls on the weekends and after hours. And IF they do, they will charge emergency rates that can double and triple the repair costs. Chris Waddell is a business owner who fully understands the value of excellent customer service. He is not my relative or a close friend, but he made me feel like he CARED about my predicament and my family's comfort. He has earned our future business and I would recommend Elite Heating and Cooling to anyone needing AC replacement, repairs, or preventative maintenance. Chris and the Elite team are second to none. We had our unit go out last week and within just a matter of days a brand new Amana HVAC unit and new Honeywell thermometer were installed. Thanks guys!

On Christmas eve 2020 at about 5pm we lost power. We didnt get power back until 1145am on Christmas day. When the power came back on, our heat pump would not heat. It was 20 outside and the temp inside was 54. It was cold. I called Chris on the 26th and he said he would see if he or Daniel could come by. Daniel came out that afternoon and diagnosed the issue and got us fixed in a short time. This is the third time we've used Elite in the last 10 years and we've been happy each time. Thanks Daniel for getting us fixed and thanks Chris for working us in. Heat is working as good as new

I had my previous heating company out less than a month ago to fix my heating unit,which only lasted a month. I decided to call Elite- best decision ever made. They were out the very next day as promised, very professional and the REAL problem was addressed. Needless to say i have canceled my "loyalty program" with my previous heating company,i have found a new company. :)

My husband made some inquiries about recommending Elite Heating and Air from several FB friends, it had turned cold in December and Daniel the repairman called and made sure we had heat. We live out in the middle of no where in Blount County, Daniel came the next day in the middle of cold pouring rain, and in an hour had my complex heat system repaired, my heat has not worked this good in the 10 years we have had it, literally. He bought and replaced a fan motor and my system has been awesome. This is money well spent, Daniel did above and beyond and I would call them again!

Had an AWESOME experience with Elite Heating and Cooling! I called up the office and let them know that I was having some issues with my thermostat. I spoke with Daniel, and he told me that he could get my thermostat replaced TODAY, and he gave me a great price, too! I made the phone call at 12:00, and Daniel said he could come out at 3:00. He arrived on time and had my old junky thermostat replaced with a brand new one IN ONLY 15 MINUTES!!! Thank you so much Daniel, and Elite Heating and Cooling!!

So glad that Chris was able to come and fix my heating and air. He and another gentleman did a fantastic job in figuring out my problem and finding a solution. Turns out it was my drain that was causing the issue-they took the extra time to unclog it for us and moved our thermostat while there.

I will call again as needed!!

In process of selling our home and the buyers gave us a check list of stuff they wanted done. I needed air work done fast and right. Chris meet those needs 100% came with in 24 hours and took care of our needs and even took pictures and our price was more then fair. Thanks Chris you have our business for life!
