We are located in East Knoxville and lost heat for a couple days. We searched for a local for repair and saw the reviews. Sean responded to our call the next day and replaced what he thought was the culprit to our issue. Our heat went out again that night so Sean returned the following day and kept us updated. Turns out there was a large ant stuck in one of the tubes. We will be using his service again. He responded quickly, resolved our issue, ensured his work by returning the next day, communicated quickly, and priced reasonably.

Beware Beware Beware. Sean the owner of Soul Shine was sent out to one of my rental properties to repair the HVAC system. He was hired by choice home warranty to replace the existing system. Not only did he not complete the job but burned up the new equipment including catching the side of the house on fire. If that wasn't bad enough, he will not refund me the money he charged me to do the work and now I must pay another contractor all over again. To make things worse the police caught him last night with my tenant’s cell phone in his possession that he took from the home he was working on. As you will see from the pictures below where he melted the new unit, burned the side of the house and left the old unit for me to throw away as well as a ton of other debris and never even replace the inside unit that he was paid for. How do people like this stay in business? Please don't put your home or your family at risk.

We have used Sean to fix multiple things around our house, from plumbing to electrical and even fixing a broken window. He’s very professional and actually informs us what he’s doing, which is rare to find nowadays. We would highly recommend him to anyone who needs anything small or large fixed around your house.

Beware! Do not use this company!

As if his bad service & unprofessionalism weren’t enough, he went through the trouble of finding MY small business through Facebook(where we connected) & left a horrible 1 star review (attached in pictures) as if he was one of my customers because he was upset that I called out his horrible workman ship & lies. I really don’t think it gets any worst.

Sean came out to my house to fix my garage door. He purchased the wrong sensors that were not compatible for my garage. He left wires hanging out of the unit & probably spent about 15 minutes at my property & changed me $300. Pictures are attached of how he left the garage door.

After telling him I was unsatisfied with his work, he began blowing up my phone with very aggressive text messages.

He than agreed to refund my money after a series of phone calls. After agreeing to send me a refund he came up with every excuse in the book as to why he couldn’t refund the money. First said his son got into a car accident. Then he himself got into a car accident. Then he said he was having seizures. All within the span of a few days. I was patient & waited for my refund with excuse after excuse.

All while saying “I give you my word, I will refund you”. It’s been almost 3 weeks & I have yet to receive a refund for no work completed.

The worst experience I’ve ever had!
Buyer beware!

This man is a liar and a scam artist. He collected money and then never returned to finish the job. When I contacted him about it, he had every excuse in the book as to why he could not complete the job. Do not use him or this company.

Received excellent service from Sean. He worked on my refrigerator and definitely knew what he was doing. He is an honest individual with a strong work ethic. He came to my house on a Saturday when I made numerous calls to businesses open on Saturday, but who never returned the call. I would highly recommend him and plan on using him again for other projects. Thank you, Sean!

I called my local heating and air company, they came out and said my compressor was bad and quoted me over $2000 for a compressor. That's when I found Sean...he came out and tested everything and told me my compressor wasn't the problem. He fixed everything that was wrong with it on the spot (there were multiple things wrong) and quoted me a VERY exceptional price after the work was done and everything was up and running. I was very impressed. I would recommend him to any and everyone having appliance issues. I will definitely be calling him back for my other appliance repair needs. Great work. I could go on and on about how amazing my experience with Sean was but I'll leave it at that. Thank you so so much!!

As a previous person commented, beware beware beware... Our washer issue was misdiagnosed. The gentleman had issues trying to access our water inlet valve. We decided to get a second opinion after his visit. The second company came prepared with diagnostic tools and quickly removed the front panel of the washer and determined it was the main board. We appreciate him coming out the same day of call, however when we reached out regarding reimbursement for the incorrect diagnosis we did not receive a response. He also shared some odd and inappropriate stories with us. Save your money and use a larger company that has proper diagnostic tools and better management practices. I'm happy we didn't follow through with his services or else we would have been out even more money and our washer still wouldn't have been fixed.
