We called them a month ago about having our ductwork replaced, they gave us a quote and said they would call to set up a time, a week went by and we didn't hear anything so we gave them more time as we know it's busy this time of year. At week 2 they called and said they would be out the following week to do the job, they didn't give us a day or time. It's almost week 5 and we haven't heard a peep from these people, don't waste your time. I'll take my money elsewhere cause obviously they don't want it.

I woke up this morning and noticed that my heating unit had stopped working throughout the night and had a buddy of mine recommend Loudon Mechanical Services. I called at 11:15 am and Tyler asked when I would be able to meet at my house and when I mentioned my lunch break from work, Tyler offered to meet me at 1:15. He was extremely professional and genuine on the phone and in person. He checked out my heating unit and discussed some options and said he had to leave to retrieve a part that he was pretty sure could fix it and returned 15 mins later with his dad Rusty. They had my system back up and working within 20 mins! I am extremely appreciative to Tyler and Rusty for their super fast attention and thorough efficiency and the fact that my daughter and I won't have to go a single night without heat! Believe the positive reviews you read on here because they are definitely true! I can't say enough great things about these guys. They came out and checked my unit after someone else had failed at the job, was up front and completely honest, was patient with me and when I was ready, had the AC unit ordered and installed in less than a week. So grateful for Rusty!! Our dad had gotten another quote, but my brother suspected it was out of line. Rusty came and properly diagnosed the true issue and offered a good value on the solution. Not only was the problem fixed, he did it four days sooner than promised!! And when the A/C is out and your father is ill, having someone go the extra mile to make you comfortable means so much. Rusty and his team were great. The igniter went out and our house got cold quick. They came out same day and had it running in like 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done. Fast, friendly, and professional.

When they showed up they were very friendly and upfront about the issue and cost of repair, which was beyond reasonable.
