One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

We had someone come out to our home this weekend because something was clearly broken in our AC. It was 85 degrees inside and we were melting. A guy came out and had a pretty “whatever” attitude and diagnosed our AC in about 20 mins saying it was a loose wire. He said he fixed it and that the temp should go down every 3 degrees every hour. I asked if he could install a temperature controller we had just bought (that we can do ourselves but I figured I’d have him do it while he was there to make sure it’s correct) and he clearly didn’t want to and also said it would be like $100 more. Anyway, he left and nothing got better or cooler. We had a different company come out today and it turns out one of the pumps wasn’t working, the coils that cool the air are rusted, and there is dirt in the unit preventing it from releasing cool air. “Loose wire” LOL!!! This company totally scammed me, I feel completely taken advantage of and this guys attitude sucked.
